High 5 Casino review: Score, sign-up offer and states

Our verdict on High 5 Casino

High 5 Casino scored 4.5 out of 5 in our test. It is a slot-led sweepstakes casino with more than 1,500 games, and 303 of them are exclusives from its own studio, High 5 Games.

When we tested, the no-purchase bonus was 3 Sweeps Coins, 400 Game Coins and 300 Diamonds, with no promo code. Diamonds are High 5’s third currency. They buy boosts, mostly free spins on selected slots, which adds a third layer to the usual two-coin setup.

The strongest part of the site is the game library, backed by native apps for iPhone and Android. The weakest part is support. It was email only in practice, the reply took 24 hours, and live chat answered once and then wasn’t offered. The 100 SC cash prize minimum is also a long way off for a casual player.

This High 5 Casino review is based on a few days of hands-on testing. High 5 suits slot players who want variety and a native app. It suits table-game players, live dealer fans and anyone who needs fast live help less well. If those matter to you, see sites like High 5 Casino.

How we tested High 5 Casino

We opened a new account and claimed the no-purchase bonus without a promo code. We spent the sign-up Diamonds on a free-spin boost to see how the third currency works.

We then followed our standard test: a $20 budget for coin purchases and about an hour of Sweeps Coin play. We bought two small packages and played Diamond boosts on three slots, then live roulette, which High 5 still offered at the time. Our balance stayed below the 100 SC cash minimum, so we made no redemption.

We asked support about the playthrough rule over live chat and checked the answer with our daily bonus coins. We emailed support and timed the reply. We also counted the library by game type, used the apps on iOS and Android, and checked which responsible-play tools exist.

Every score on this page follows our rating method. The readings were last verified on September 22, 2026.

High 5 Casino sign-up bonus | 4.3 / 5

When we tested, High 5’s no-purchase bonus was 3 Sweeps Coins, 400 Game Coins and 300 Diamonds. It arrived as soon as we created our account. We didn’t need a promo code or a purchase.

High 5 uses three currencies. Game Coins are its name for Gold Coins: they are for play only and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for prizes once you meet High 5’s rules. Diamonds buy in-game boosts. Our guide to Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins explains the first two.

How we used the sign-up bonus

We opened the Diamond menu first. The cheapest boost was five free spins at 0.2 SC each on Billionaire’s Bank, a High 5 Games exclusive. Any Sweeps Coins the spins produced went into our Sweeps Coin balance.

Diamonds are not VIP points. They are a separate way to play Sweeps Coin spins on chosen games.

The 400 Game Coins don’t go far for trying games. High 5 Classic, a separate just-for-fun platform, hands out far more play coins, but Sweeps Coins don’t work there.

Key sign-up bonus terms

• No promo code was needed for the sign-up bonus or the first-purchase package in our test.
• Standard Sweeps Coins have a 1x playthrough. Some special packages list 2x or 3x. Our guide to Sweeps Coins playthrough explains what that means.
• In September 2026, registration included email and phone verification.
• Players must be 21 or older.

High 5 coin packages

Buying Game Coins is optional. When you buy a package, the Sweeps Coins or Diamonds that come with it are a free bonus. You are buying Game Coins, not Sweeps Coins.

These were some of the listed packages when we tested. The smallest cost $2.

The first-purchase package was new when we tested. High 5 has no current offer on our records, and packages change often. For other sites, see our sweepstakes casino promo codes.

High 5 Casino prize redemption | 4.3 / 5

This score rates High 5’s redemption rules: the playthrough, the prize minimums and the processing time. It says nothing about your chances in the games, which are set by each game’s random number generator.

The playthrough meter

High 5 added a Bonus Playthrough meter below the redeemable balance. We asked support why. The meter is only active when you claim a bonus with its own playthrough, and support showed us special packages that list 2x or 3x.

The daily login bonus and standard packages stay at 1x, and anything different is listed on the offer. We checked: Sweeps Coins won with our daily login coins moved straight into our redeemable balance.

Our test session

Our Sweeps Coins came from two small packages. One included 10 free Sweeps Coins, and the other included 1,045 Diamonds.

We traded Diamonds for free-spin boosts on Billionaire’s Bank, Platinum Goddess and Pirate’s Prosperity Wild Train. A Diamond package gives you spins rather than a fixed number of Sweeps Coins, so what it adds to your balance varies.

After the boosts, our balance stood at 34 SC. That was well short of the 100 SC cash minimum. We then played live roulette, which High 5 still offered at the time, and the balance ran out. We made no redemption.

Identity checks and the instant system

In October 2025, High 5 launched an instant redemption system for bank and e-wallet redemptions. It only works from a verified account, and you need that verification for any prize. We couldn’t time the system, because we didn’t reach a redemption.

For the full process at any site, see how to redeem Sweeps Coins and our guide to sweepstakes casino identity checks.

High 5 Casino games | 4.7 / 5

High 5 has more than 1,500 games, and 303 are exclusives from High 5 Games, the studio behind the site. The library is slots-first, with Slingo, jackpot slots and a new arcade section alongside.

Other titles in the lobby included The Great Pigsby, Thunderstruck II, Bear Mountain and High 5 Casino Hold N Win. See our guide to sweepstakes casino games for how each game type works.

What’s missing from High 5’s games

High 5 has no computer-run table games, such as virtual blackjack or video poker. It also removed its half-dozen live dealer games, including roulette, before our last check. About 50 arcade-style games came in their place, including a dozen Plinko variations and crash-style games.

The lobby had no Pragmatic Play slots when we tested. If you want computer-run table games, see our RealPrize review. For live dealer tables, see our Hello Millions review.

High 5 Casino app and responsible play | 4.4 / 5

High 5’s website is sound but dated, and its apps are the smoother way to play. Games didn’t lag, and our balances were always easy to find.

A toggle at the top of the screen switches between Game Coins and Sweeps Coins. A collapsible menu on the right holds your account, verification, privacy settings and the bonuses.

The design shows its age: the spacing is a little off, and buttons don’t stand out. The least clear feature is the small “Boost on Demand” button, where you spend Diamonds. Its menu held hundreds of boosts at different spin values.

The High 5 Casino app

High 5 has native apps for iPhone and Android, and both support Sweeps Coin play. They have the same functions as the desktop site and look a little sharper. Coin purchases, game search and Diamond boosts sit along the bottom of the screen.

Our guide to sweepstakes casino apps covers how to check an app is genuine.

Purchase and redemption methods

High 5’s help center listed these methods in September 2026.

Responsible play tools

Set them before you need them. Our responsible play page lists free help.

High 5 Casino customer support | 3.9 / 5

High 5 support is mainly email, backed by a help center. Live chat was not a dependable option in our test.

We asked about playthrough rules in live chat and got a helpful answer from a person. The next day, we asked about the VIP program, and the chatbot said High 5 has no live chat and told us to email.

We also emailed support to check which payment methods we could use for purchases. The reply came 24 hours later and answered our question.

High 5 Casino daily bonus and rewards | 4.6 / 5

High 5 gives out free coins on two clocks: a daily login bonus and a bonus every few hours.

Game Coins and Diamonds can’t be redeemed. Diamond boosts started at around 200 Diamonds and ran into the thousands, so 5 Diamonds a claim builds slowly. Our guide to daily login bonuses compares how these bonuses work.

High 5 Prestige VIP program

When we tested, High 5 Prestige was a new VIP program, shown as an XP meter in your account area. We started at Novice, and the meter showed our distance to the next rank.

High 5 doesn’t publish what each tier gives. We searched the site and found no tier-by-tier list of benefits.

Other High 5 promotions

• Refer a friend: when we tested, each friend who joined and made a $10 purchase earned you 600 GC, 20 SC and 600 Diamonds. Check High 5’s current terms for the amounts.

What’s new at High 5 Casino

• December 2024: High 5 added a refer-a-friend bonus.
• October 2025: High 5 launched an instant redemption system for bank and e-wallet redemptions from verified accounts.
• By September 2026: the half-dozen live dealer games were gone, and about 50 arcade-style games had been added, including Plinko and crash games.
• By September 2026: High 5 had launched the Prestige VIP program, added a first-purchase package and a Bonus Playthrough meter, and cut the daily login bonus from its earlier 0.5 SC.

Is High 5 Casino legit?

High 5 Casino is operated by High 5 Entertainment, LLC, according to its terms of use. The High 5 brand dates to 2012, and its sweepstakes casino launched in 2020. The site carries 303 exclusive slots from High 5 Games, whose slots also appear at state-regulated online casinos.

Players must be 21 or older under High 5’s terms. In September 2026, registration included email and phone verification, and you must verify your identity before any prize redemption. High 5’s official sweepstakes rules also describe a free mail-in method for requesting Sweeps Coins.

Our own evidence is the playthrough check: Sweeps Coins won with our daily bonus moved straight into our redeemable balance, as support described. We didn’t reach a redemption, so we have no redemption timing of our own. Our sweepstakes casinos by state page covers each state.

High 5 Casino vs similar sweepstakes casinos

These are the numbers from our hands-on tests of each site.

High 5 vs WOW Vegas. WOW Vegas has the bigger library (about 2,200 games against more than 1,500) and lower minimums: 50 SC for cash and 20 SC for a gift card, against 100 SC and 50 SC. High 5 has native iOS and Android apps, and its support email came back in 24 hours, against 48 hours at WOW Vegas. Read our WOW Vegas review.

High 5 vs Pulsz. Both set the cash prize minimum at 100 SC, and both have iOS and Android apps. Pulsz gift cards start at 10 SC, against 50 SC at High 5, and our Pulsz redemption arrived in 48 hours. High 5 has the larger library, with more than 1,500 games against 500. Read our Pulsz review.

Final verdict: who High 5 Casino suits

High 5 will suit players who:

• want a large slot library with hundreds of in-house exclusives;
• like free-spin boosts through Diamonds alongside their Sweeps Coins;
• use an iPhone or Android phone and want a native app.

High 5 will not suit players who:

• want table games or live dealer games;
• need live chat or phone support (email took 24 hours in our test);
• want a low cash prize minimum (100 SC at High 5).

Our recommendation: High 5 Casino is a good choice for slot players who want variety and a native app, as long as email-first support and a 100 SC cash minimum don’t matter to you.
