Our verdict on CoinsBack Casino
CoinsBack Casino scored 4.1 out of 5 in our test. It is a slot-led sweepstakes casino from MW Services Limited, the company behind WOW Vegas, and it launched in 2026. This CoinsBack casino review explains each part of that score.
The site is built around one feature. After every Sweeps Coin spin, CoinsBack credits you Sweeps Coins worth 50% of that spin’s theoretical house edge. The amount is much smaller than the spin itself, and Gold Coin play doesn’t earn it.
When we tested, the no-purchase bonus was 500,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins, credited after identity verification. We also bought the $9.99 first-purchase package, which added 1.5 million GC and 30 SC. Sweeps Coins need a 1x playthrough.
The strongest parts are the site itself and the rewards for existing players. Navigation was simple on desktop and in an iPhone browser, and the CoinsBack credit was ready to claim straight after our Sweeps Coin play. The weakest part is support. Live chat opens with an AI assistant, which gave us a wrong answer about Skrill, though a person replied within five minutes once we asked.
CoinsBack suits slot players who want a large library. It suits players who want live dealer or table games, a native app or a low cash prize minimum less well. We didn’t make a prize redemption in this test.
How we tested CoinsBack Casino
We opened a new account and verified our identity through Sumsub, CoinsBack’s verification partner, which unlocked the no-purchase bonus. We then bought the $9.99 first-purchase package with Apple Pay. We played Gold Coins first, then Sweeps Coins on a slot and on one of CoinsBack’s own games, and checked the CoinsBack credit that play earned.
The test covered about an hour of play and several more hours reviewing the lobby, the coin store, the rules and the loyalty program. We used the site on desktop and in the mobile browser on an iPhone 15 Pro. We contacted support through live chat and asked to be passed to a person. We also averaged the published RTP of the slots in CoinsBack’s Most Popular section.
We didn’t make a prize redemption in this test, so no redemption was timed.
Every score on this page follows our rating method. The readings were last verified on September 20, 2026.
CoinsBack Casino sign-up bonus | 4.2 / 5
When we tested, CoinsBack’s no-purchase bonus was 500,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins. It arrived once we had signed up and verified our identity. CoinsBack doesn’t credit any free Sweeps Coins until that check is done, so have your ID ready.
Gold Coins are for play only. Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for prizes under CoinsBack’s rules, as our guide to Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins explains.
How we used the CoinsBack sign-up bonus
We then made a first purchase: the $9.99 first-purchase package, which gave us 1,500,000 GC and 30 SC. Buying is optional, and the no-purchase bonus alone is enough to try the games.
We started with Gold Coins on BGaming’s Book of Cats Megaways to get a feel for the site. We then switched to Sweeps Coins and played NetEnt’s Starburst and CoinsBack’s own Plinko game.
After about half an hour of Sweeps Coin play, our Sweeps Coin balance stood at 0.48 SC. The Claim CoinsBack page then held about 2 SC, credited from that play. We still had plenty of Gold Coins left at the end of the session.
Key CoinsBack sign-up bonus terms
- Identity verification comes before any free Sweeps Coins are credited.
- Sweeps Coins have a 1x playthrough. Our guide to Sweeps Coins playthrough explains what that means.
- Players must be 21 or older.
- Shortly after launch, CoinsBack cut the Sweeps Coins in its no-purchase bonus from 10 SC to 2 SC.
CoinsBack coin packages
Buying Gold Coins is optional. When you buy a package, the Sweeps Coins that come with it are a free bonus. You are buying Gold Coins, not Sweeps Coins.
In our test, the first-purchase package was $9.99 for 1,500,000 GC and 30 SC. These were the regular packages listed in September 2026.
| Price | Gold Coins | Free Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| $4.99 | 250,000 | 5 |
| $9.99 | 500,000 | 10 |
| $19.99 | 1,000,000 | 20 |
| $49.99 | 2,500,000 | 50 |
| $99.99 | 5,000,000 | 100 |
Packages change often. The current first-purchase offer from our partner records is in the offer box at the top of this page. Our CoinsBack promo code page covers code details, and our sweepstakes casino promo codes page covers other sites.
Why we scored the sign-up bonus 4.2. 500,000 GC and 2 SC with no purchase, plus 1.5 million GC and 30 SC in the $9.99 first-purchase package, earn a good score. The no-purchase part holds only 2 SC, and it waits for identity checks.
CoinsBack Casino prize redemption | 4.0 / 5
This score rates CoinsBack’s redemption rules: the playthrough, the prize minimums and the processing time. It says nothing about your chances in the games, which are set by each game’s random number generator.
| Rule | CoinsBack |
|---|---|
| Playthrough | 1x |
| Cash prize minimum | 100 SC |
| Gift card minimum | 50 SC |
| Stated processing time in our test | 24 hours to 5 days, depending on the method and internal approvals |
| Redemption in our test | Not made |
| Largest single redemption (September 2026) | 10,000 SC |
| Redemption methods (September 2026) | Card, bank transfer, gift cards (Prizeout) |
Our CoinsBack redemption
We didn’t redeem a prize in this test. Our Sweeps Coin balance at the end of the session was well below the 50 SC gift card minimum.
The 100 SC cash prize minimum is twice the gift card minimum. As recorded in our test, gift cards tend to be processed faster than cash prizes.
CoinsBack identity checks
CoinsBack verifies identity in two stages. The first, for Sweeps Coin play, asked us for an ID and a selfie. The second, for redemptions, adds proof of address. In September 2026, a further liveness check could also be required at redemption.
Besides coin packages, the ways to collect Sweeps Coins listed in our test were the CoinsBack credit, referral bonuses, promotions and a free mail-in request under CoinsBack’s rules. For the full process at any site, see how to redeem Sweeps Coins and our guide to sweepstakes casino identity checks.
Why we scored prize redemption 4.0. A 1x playthrough and a 50 SC gift card minimum earn a good score. The 100 SC cash prize minimum is high, and identity checks come in two stages before a first redemption.
CoinsBack Casino games | 4.0 / 5
CoinsBack’s library had more than 1,800 games when we tested, and almost all of them are slots. You can sort the lobby by feature, including Megaways, Hold and Win and classic slots.
| Game type | Count in our test | Studios | Titles we played or noted |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slots | 1,886 | Hacksaw, NetEnt, Betsoft, NoLimit City, 3 Oaks and others | Starburst, Book of Cats Megaways, Gladiator, 3 Super Coin Volcanoes, Barbarian Fury |
| CoinsBack Originals | 8 | CoinsBack | Plinko, Mines, Limbo, Dice and Keno, with settings you can adjust |
| Live dealer | 0 | — | None found |
| Table games | 0 | — | None found |
The slots ran smoothly on desktop and on mobile. The CoinsBack Originals are simple arcade-style games, and many of them have settings you can adjust before you play.
What CoinsBack’s games are missing
- Live dealer games
- Single-player table games, such as blackjack and roulette
See our guide to sweepstakes casino games for how each game type works.
CoinsBack average RTP: 96.1%
A sweeps library changes constantly, so we use one fixed method. We average the published return to player (RTP) of the slots in the lobby’s Most Popular section: 29 titles, from studios including Betsoft, EvoPlay and Booming Games. At CoinsBack, that average is 96.1%. Check each game’s info screen for its RTP before you play.
Why we scored games 4.0. More than 1,800 slots from studios such as Hacksaw, NetEnt and NoLimit City, eight CoinsBack Originals and a 96.1% average RTP earn a good score. No live dealer or table games hold it back.
CoinsBack Casino app and responsible play | 4.5 / 5
CoinsBack’s site was simple to use in our test. The lobby sorts games into categories such as Popular, New, Hold and Spin and Megaways, and each button loaded its full list at once. The left-hand menu holds the game categories plus the CoinsBack credit, the CoinsClub VIP program, leaderboards and referrals. The coin store lays out its packages plainly.
CoinsBack Casino app and mobile site
CoinsBack has no downloadable app. It runs in the browser, and we tested it on desktop and in the mobile browser on an iPhone 15 Pro. The mobile site was smooth, game categories were easy to tap, the game art looked sharp and we had no lag.
In September 2026, the Google Play listings using the CoinsBack name came from unrelated developers, not from MW Services Limited. Use the official website. Our guide to sweepstakes casino apps explains how to check an app is genuine.
Purchase and redemption methods
- Coin purchases (in our test): Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Skrill was listed as “coming soon.” Purchases went through instantly.
- Our purchase: we paid with Apple Pay from a desktop computer. We scanned a code, approved the payment on our phone, and it was done in seconds.
- Prize redemptions: cash prizes from 100 SC and gift cards from 50 SC. In September 2026, the listed methods were card, bank transfer and Prizeout gift cards.
Responsible play tools
Our test didn’t record which spending, session or self-exclusion tools CoinsBack offers. Check your account settings, or ask support, before you start playing. Players must be 21 or older. Our responsible play page lists free help.
Why we scored the app and responsible play 4.5. Simple navigation, clear game categories, a plain coin store and a smooth mobile browser site earn a high score. There is no native app, which holds it back.
CoinsBack Casino customer support | 3.5 / 5
CoinsBack’s support ran through live chat and a help center in our test. We found no email or phone option.
| Channel | In our test |
|---|---|
| Live chat (24/7) | AI assistant replied in about 2 seconds; a person replied within 5 minutes of our request |
| Help center | Dozens of searchable articles on common issues |
| Not offered | |
| Phone | Not offered |
How the CoinsBack live chat went
Live chat opens with an AI assistant called Angie. We asked whether CoinsBack accepts Skrill, and the answer came back in about two seconds. It said Skrill worked for both purchases and redemptions, which contradicted the “coming soon” label next to Skrill on the purchase page.
We asked to speak to a person, and the assistant passed us on. A person replied within five minutes.
The help center was useful for smaller issues, such as managing account details or tracking redemptions. It is searchable, which made answers quick to find. It is less help with deeper problems.
Why we scored customer support 3.5. 24/7 live chat, a quick hand-off to a person and a searchable help center count in its favor. The AI assistant gave us a wrong answer about Skrill, and there is no email or phone option, which keeps the score in the middle of the range.
CoinsBack Casino daily bonus and rewards | 4.5 / 5
The CoinsBack credit is the main benefit for existing players. On every Sweeps Coin spin, CoinsBack calculates the spin’s theoretical house edge and credits 50% of it to your CoinsBack balance as Sweeps Coins. You claim it on the Claim CoinsBack page, and it is ready straight after each spin.
Two limits matter. It applies only to Sweeps Coin play, not Gold Coin play. And it is half of the house edge, not half of what you play, so it is a small fraction of each spin. In our test, about half an hour of Sweeps Coin play left about 2 SC to claim.
CoinsBack daily login bonus and other promotions
| Promotion | Details in our test |
|---|---|
| Daily login bonus | Up to 100,000 GC and 0.3 SC a day |
| Low-balance top-up | Free Gold Coins when your balance falls below 100 GC (15,000 GC in September 2026) |
| Refer a friend | Up to 100 SC when a friend signs up and meets the eligibility rules |
| Social media giveaways | Entries for commenting on CoinsBack’s Facebook posts |
| Leaderboards | Hourly and daily races on eligible games, with Sweeps Coin prizes for top places |
The daily amounts are small. Our guide to daily login bonuses compares how these bonuses work.
CoinsClub VIP program
Every player starts in CoinsClub at Bronze. In our test, each Sweeps Coin played earned 1 XP point. Silver, the next level, needs 10,000 points, and the two highest levels need 3.5 million and 5 million points. Each level-up adds free Sweeps Coins.
In September 2026, CoinsClub had 14 ranks, from Bronze to Royalty. Even Silver takes a very large amount of Sweeps Coin play to reach.
Why we scored daily bonus and rewards 4.5. The CoinsBack credit on every Sweeps Coin spin, a daily bonus of up to 0.3 SC, a referral bonus of up to 100 SC and a low-balance top-up earn a high score. CoinsClub levels take a very large amount of play to climb.
What’s new at CoinsBack Casino
- 2026, shortly after launch: the Sweeps Coins in the no-purchase bonus dropped from 10 SC to 2 SC.
- 2026, weeks after launch: CoinsBack removed the 2.9% processing fee it had charged on coin purchases.
- September 2026: the library had grown to roughly 1,900 to 2,000 games, and the eight CoinsBack Originals included Dragon Tower, Diamonds and Pepe’s River Run.
- September 2026: hourly and daily leaderboard races were running on Sweeps Coin play.
Is CoinsBack Casino legit?
CoinsBack is operated by MW Services Limited, the company that also runs WOW Vegas and Rolla. It launched in 2026. Its games come from established studios such as NetEnt, Hacksaw and Betsoft.
CoinsBack checks identity in two stages. Sweeps Coin play needed an ID and a selfie in our test, and redemptions add proof of address. CoinsBack publishes its terms, privacy policy and sweepstakes rules on its website.
Players must be 21 or older, and CoinsBack excludes a number of states. The states section of this page shows where it accepts players, and our sweepstakes casinos by state page covers each state.
We didn’t make a redemption in this test, so we have no redemption of our own to point to yet.

CoinsBack vs WOW Vegas. MW Services Limited runs both sites. WOW Vegas scored 4.6 in our tests against 4.1 for CoinsBack, with 5 SC in its no-purchase bonus against 2 SC and lower prize minimums of 50 SC for cash and 20 SC for a gift card. CoinsBack gave twice as many play coins with no purchase: 500,000 Gold Coins against 250,000 WOW Coins. Read our WOW Vegas review.
CoinsBack vs FreeSpin. Both scored 4.1 in our tests and share a 100 SC cash prize minimum. CoinsBack’s gift card minimum is 50 SC, against 100 SC at FreeSpin. FreeSpin had 31 live dealer games and 18 card games in our tests, where we found no live dealer or table games at CoinsBack. Read our FreeSpin review.

Final verdict: who CoinsBack Casino suits
CoinsBack will suit players who:
- play slots and want a library of more than 1,800 games;
- want a 50 SC gift card minimum and a 1x playthrough;
- want a small Sweeps Coin credit on every Sweeps Coin spin, as well as the daily bonus.
CoinsBack will not suit players who:
- want live dealer or table games;
- want a native app;
- want email or phone support, or a person rather than an AI assistant first.
Our recommendation: CoinsBack is a reasonable choice for slot players who want a large library, as long as the 100 SC cash prize minimum and AI-first live chat don’t matter to you.

CoinsBack: frequently asked questions
Where do we list CoinsBack?
We list CoinsBack for 26 states, including DC where eligible. This combines operator eligibility records with this site's publication restrictions. We do not list it for Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Washington and West Virginia. Check the operator's current terms for residence, physical location and age requirements before registering.
What is CoinsBack’s sign-up offer?
Our partner records list CoinsBack’s sign-up offer as: “500,000 GC + 2 SC Free on Sign Up”. It is for new players and does not require a purchase. Terms, eligibility and playthrough apply; read CoinsBack’s current terms before you claim.
What is CoinsBack’s first-purchase offer?
Our partner records list CoinsBack’s first-purchase offer as: “1.5M GC + 30 Free SC for $9.99”. Buying Gold Coins is optional. The bonus coins that come with a package follow CoinsBack’s own rules, including any playthrough.
Has CoinsBack been tested?
Yes. The Sweepstakes Casinos Team tested CoinsBack. Mike Epifani wrote this review and Ian St. Clair fact-checked the results. The score is 4.1 out of 5 under our published rating method.
Where do the offer details on this page come from?
From our partnerships team’s records of each operator’s current offers and state exclusions, last checked on October 8, 2026. Offers change, and the operator’s own terms always take precedence over anything on this page.
Is CoinsBack Casino legit?
CoinsBack is run by MW Services Limited, the company behind WOW Vegas and Rolla, and it launched in 2026. It checks identity in two stages: an ID and a selfie for Sweeps Coin play, then proof of address for redemptions. Players must be 21 or older. We didn't make a redemption in our test.
How long do CoinsBack Casino redemptions take?
When we tested, CoinsBack stated 24 hours to 5 days, depending on the method and its internal approvals, and gift cards tend to be faster than cash prizes. We didn't time a redemption ourselves. Finish both identity checks early, because redemptions need the second, proof-of-address stage.
What is the CoinsBack Casino minimum redemption?
The minimum is 50 Sweeps Coins for a gift card and 100 Sweeps Coins for a cash prize. Sweeps Coins must be played through once (1x) before they count toward a redemption, and you must pass both stages of identity verification first.
How does the 50% CoinsBack reward work?
On every Sweeps Coin spin, CoinsBack credits 50% of that spin's theoretical house edge as Sweeps Coins, which you claim on the Claim CoinsBack page. It is a small fraction of each spin, not half of what you play. Gold Coin play doesn't earn it.
Is CoinsBack Casino real money?
No. CoinsBack is a sweepstakes casino, not a real-money casino. Gold Coins are for play only and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards after a 1x playthrough, a minimum balance and identity checks, under CoinsBack's own rules.
Does CoinsBack Casino have an app?
No. CoinsBack runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, and its mobile site ran smoothly on an iPhone in our test. In September 2026, the Google Play listings using the CoinsBack name came from unrelated developers, so use the official website.
