Our verdict on WOW Vegas Casino

WOW Vegas Casino scored 4.6 out of 5 in our test, and this WOW Vegas review explains each score. It is a large, slots-first sweepstakes casino with a long list of promotions, and it runs in a web browser only.

The sign-up bonus gave us 250,000 WOW Coins and 5 Sweepstakes Coins (SC) after we confirmed our email. When we tested, a $9.99 first purchase added 1.5 million WOW Coins and 30 SC. Sweepstakes Coins need a 1x playthrough, and the prize minimums are 50 SC for cash and 20 SC for a gift card.

The strongest part is the game library: about 2,200 slots from 24 studios, plus live dealer games, Slingo, bingo and in-house originals. The weakest part is support. Our email took 48 hours to answer, though the answer was clear. While a bonus playthrough is active, WOW Vegas also plays redeemable winnings before unplayed coins, which makes a prize harder to reach.

WOW Vegas suits slot players who want a large library and a flat daily bonus. It suits players who want a native app, or VIP credit for WOW Coin play, less well.

For this test we set a $20 budget and a 60-minute session, bought the first-purchase offer and contacted support.

How we tested WOW Vegas Casino

We opened a new account with our email address, a password and our state, then confirmed it through the email link. We claimed the sign-up bonus, bought the $9.99 first-purchase offer and played with both currencies on our laptop and phone. Our budget was $20 for coin purchases and 60 minutes of play.

We emailed support about our Redeemable SC balance and timed the reply. We also counted the library by category, averaged the return to player of the most popular slots, and checked the VIP program and the Rewards Hub.

We have updated this review since our first test, for changes to the prize minimums, the game library and the daily bonus. Every score on this page follows our rating method. The readings were last verified on September 24, 2026.

WOW Vegas Casino sign-up bonus | 4.5 / 5

The WOW Vegas no-purchase bonus is 250,000 WOW Coins and 5 Sweepstakes Coins. Clicking the confirmation link in our email activated it. We didn’t need a card or any payment details.

WOW Coins are for play only and can’t be redeemed. Sweepstakes Coins can be redeemed for prizes once you meet WOW Vegas’s rules. Our guide to Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins explains how the two currencies differ.

How we used the sign-up bonus

We started with WOW Coins on casual slots such as Big Wild Buffalo and Neon Nights, which ran smoothly. We then switched to Sweepstakes Coins and tried slots with jackpot features. The daily bonus added to our balance.

The first-purchase offer when we tested

We bought the $9.99 first-purchase offer from the “Buy Coins” button. It added 1.5 million WOW Coins and 30 SC, and the purchase went through instantly. That brought our welcome total to 1.75 million WOW Coins and 35 SC.

Buying coins is optional. You are buying WOW Coins, and the Sweepstakes Coins that come with a package are a bonus.

WOW Vegas coin packages

In September 2026, the coin store ran from a $2.49 package up to a $899.99 package of 50 million WOW Coins and 1,000 SC. Packages change often. The current offers from our partner records are in the offer box at the top of this page, and our WOW Vegas promo code page covers how to claim them.

Key sign-up bonus terms

  • Sweepstakes Coins have a 1x playthrough. Our guide to Sweeps Coins playthrough explains what that means.
  • In September 2026, the terms allowed one account per person.

Why we scored the sign-up bonus 4.5. 250,000 WOW Coins and 5 SC with no purchase, credited as soon as we confirmed our email, earn a high score. The $9.99 offer’s 30 SC added to that. Even with the purchase, our 35 SC was below the 50 SC cash prize minimum.

WOW Vegas Casino prize redemption | 4.3 / 5

This score rates WOW Vegas’s redemption rules: the playthrough, the prize minimums and the processing time. It says nothing about your chances in the games, which are set by each game’s random number generator.

Rule WOW Vegas
Playthrough 1x
Cash prize minimum 50 SC (100 SC before 2026)
Gift card minimum 20 SC
Cash prize methods Trustly (online banking), Skrill
Stated processing time Most cash redemptions within three business days of verification (September 2026)
Coin play order Redeemable winnings are played before unplayed SC

Our test session

With 35 SC, below the 50 SC cash minimum, we played heavily promoted slots such as Vulcan’s Gold and Immortal Ways Buffalo, then Gravity Blackjack. We didn’t make a redemption in the session.

One wrinkle: the coin play order

If your balance holds both redeemable winnings and unplayed Sweepstakes Coins with an active bonus, WOW Vegas plays the winnings first. Support confirmed this to us by email. Your winnings are at stake while you clear the unplayed coins, which makes a prize harder to reach.

Identity checks

You must verify your account before a cash prize. We found it straightforward: you upload the requested documents to a secure portal for approval. In September 2026, those were a photo ID and a proof-of-address document.

For the full process at any site, see how to redeem Sweeps Coins and our guide to sweepstakes casino identity checks.

Why we scored prize redemption 4.3. A 1x playthrough, a 50 SC cash minimum and a 20 SC gift card minimum are strengths, and WOW Vegas lowered the cash minimum from 100 SC in 2026. Playing winnings before unplayed coins holds the score back. Megabonanza also had a 50 SC cash minimum when we tested it, while Pulsz and Jackpota set their gift card minimums at 10 SC.

WOW Vegas Casino games | 4.8 / 5

WOW Vegas has about 2,200 slots. They come from Skywind, Betsoft, Booming Games and 21 more studios, including Hacksaw Gaming and NoLimit City.

Game type Count Studios
Classic slots 225 RubyPlay, Booming Games, Netgaming, Rogue, Skywind
Hold N Win slots 54 Popiplay, Betsoft, Netgaming, Habanero
Slingo 23 Gaming Realms
Bingo 3 WOW Vegas

We also played progressive jackpot slots such as Legend of the High Seas.

Live dealer games and originals

In early 2025 the former slots-only site added live dealer games from Iconic21 and Skywind, including Crash Live and Auto Roulette. Auto Roulette has no dealer; the ball spins automatically. There is one live blackjack table, with chat.

In-house originals include Limbo, Navigator, Dragon Tower, Mines and Pepe’s Run. See our guide to sweepstakes casino games for how each game type works.

WOW Vegas average RTP: 96%

A sweeps library changes constantly, so we use one fixed method. We average the published return to player (RTP) of the 15 most popular games on the lobby’s Popular Slots page. At WOW Vegas, that average is 96%. RTP is a long-run average and says nothing about a single session. Check each game’s info screen for its RTP before you play.

Why we scored games 4.8. About 2,200 slots from 24 studios, plus live dealer games, Slingo, bingo and in-house originals, earn a high score. The most popular slots average 96% RTP.

WOW Vegas Casino app and responsible play | 4.7 / 5

The WOW Vegas lobby is busy but sharp. Slot tiles are vibrant and crisp, and promotions and jackpot counters fill the screen. The checkout showed every purchase method in one window. The Redeem button explains the cash minimums and splits the processing time between WOW Vegas’s checks and your bank.

Our one interface problem was the Redeemable SC balance. For several minutes it didn’t seem to update. It was lagging, because it only updates once a playthrough is complete.

The WOW Vegas app

WOW Vegas has no native app for iPhone or Android. We played in the browser on our laptop and phone, and the games adapted to each screen without glitches.

An app called WOW Slots: Vegas Online Casino appears on the App Store and Google Play, but its listing names a different developer from WOW Vegas. Use the official website only. Our guide to sweepstakes casino apps covers how to check an app is genuine.

Purchase and redemption methods

Method Coin purchases Prize redemptions
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club Yes No
Apple Pay, Google Pay Yes No
Skrill Yes Yes
Trustly (online banking) Yes Yes
Gift cards No Yes, from 20 SC

Responsible play tools

Take a break Yes, restricts your account for the time you choose
Responsible gaming information A dedicated section on the site
Minimum age 18+

If you want limits, set them before you need them. Our responsible play page lists free help.

Why we scored the app and responsible play 4.7. Crisp games that work on laptop and phone, a clear checkout and a Redeem screen that explains minimums and processing time earn a high score. No native app and a Redeemable balance that lagged during our test hold it back slightly.

WOW Vegas Casino customer support | 4.1 / 5

We contacted WOW Vegas by email, and the reply took 48 hours. The answer was clear, but the wait was long.

Channel In our test
Email (support@wowvegas.com) Reply in 48 hours, with a clear, worked example
Help center / FAQ Yes, with articles on account setup, bonuses and payments
“24/7 Support” icon Opens the FAQ section, not a person
Social media Active Facebook and X pages, not listed as a support channel

We emailed because our Redeemable SC seemed to be played before our unplayed SC. The agent confirmed that this is how WOW Vegas handles a mixed balance, with a worked example of the playthrough.

The “24/7 Support” icon in the left-hand toolbar only opens the FAQ. The FAQ is detailed, but reading articles is not the same as reaching a person.

Why we scored customer support 4.1. A clear, specific email answer and a useful help center count in WOW Vegas’s favor. The 48-hour wait for that answer, and a “24/7 Support” icon that opens the FAQ rather than a person, hold the score down.

WOW Vegas Casino daily bonus and rewards | 4.6 / 5

WOW Vegas pays a flat daily bonus of 0.2 SC every 24 hours. You collect it from the Rewards Hub, which also holds weekly and monthly bonuses.

How the WOW Vegas daily bonus works

The daily bonus has changed twice. In May 2026 it disappeared, and we lowered this score. In June 2026 it returned as a fixed 0.2 SC every 24 hours.

Spree also pays a flat daily bonus, at 0.3 SC a day compared with 0.2 SC at WOW Vegas. Our guide to daily login bonuses compares how these bonuses work.

WOW Vegas VIP program

In 2026, WOW Vegas streamlined its VIP program to five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. In our test, only Sweepstakes Coin play earned VIP progress. WOW Coin play didn’t move us up at all.

Level Extra WOW Coins on every purchase Main perks added at this level
Bronze 10% Community chat, daily SC email draw, daily coin reward
Silver 15% Birthday bonus
Gold 20% Priority customer support, 24-hour redemption processing

Platinum and Elite sit above Gold. By contrast, Pulsz and McLuck count Gold Coin play toward their VIP levels.

Other WOW Vegas promotions

  • Daily email promotions: Sweepstakes Coin giveaways that you opt into by email.
  • WOW Jackpot: an opt-in progressive jackpot with four tiers, in WOW Coin mode or SC mode. It can trigger on any game, and SC won through it is redeemable like any other SC.
  • Bingo: a no-cost bingo game every 15 minutes that is open to every player.
  • Weekly prize drop: a promotion on six selected games. When we opened Big Bass 3 Reeler, a pop-up showed the hours left in it.

Why we scored daily bonus and rewards 4.6. A flat 0.2 SC every 24 hours, weekly and monthly bonuses, a five-level VIP program and a long list of recurring promotions earn a high score. VIP progress counts only Sweepstakes Coin play, which holds it back.

What’s new at WOW Vegas Casino

  • Early 2025: WOW Vegas added live dealer games, including Crash Live and Auto Roulette.
  • 2026: The cash prize minimum fell from 100 SC to 50 SC, with gift cards from 20 SC.
  • May and June 2026: The daily bonus was removed in May and returned in June as a flat 0.2 SC every 24 hours.
  • September 2026: Gladiator Studio’s Gladiator Games arrived with daily duel-style missions, as did NoLimit City slots such as Mental 2 and Duck Hunters.
  • September 2026: A no-cost bingo game every 15 minutes opened to every player, and more in-house originals joined the lobby.

Is WOW Vegas Casino legit?

WOW Vegas is owned and operated by MW Services Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar. Support, service and payment processing are handled by WOWCOM Services Inc, a Delaware company, according to the site’s footer. Its sister site is Rolla. The site uses SSL encryption from account creation through to purchases. Its games come from established studios such as Betsoft, Skywind and NoLimit City.

Players must be 18 or older, and WOW Vegas excludes several states. The states section of this page shows where it accepts players, and our sweepstakes casinos by state page covers each state. You must verify your identity before a cash prize redemption.

Our own evidence is the process, not a prize: our purchase went through instantly, and support explained the coin rules in writing.

WOW Vegas vs Megabonanza. Both had a 50 SC cash minimum when we tested them. Megabonanza’s gift cards start lower, at 10 SC, and the Megabonanza cash prize in our test arrived in under 24 hours. WOW Vegas has the larger library and the bigger no-purchase bonus. Read our Megabonanza review.

WOW Vegas vs Spree. Both run large, slots-first libraries of 2,000 games or more. Spree’s live chat reached a person in under 2 minutes in our test, where WOW Vegas support ran by email and took 48 hours. WOW Vegas has the lower cash minimum, 50 SC against Spree’s 100 SC. Read our Spree review.

Final verdict: who WOW Vegas Casino suits

WOW Vegas will suit players who:

  • want a large slot library, with live dealer games, Slingo and in-house originals alongside it;
  • want a 1x playthrough, a 50 SC cash minimum and a 20 SC gift card minimum;
  • like a flat daily bonus and a long list of recurring promotions.

WOW Vegas will not suit players who:

  • want a native iOS or Android app;
  • want WOW Coin play to count toward VIP status;
  • want their unplayed Sweepstakes Coins used before their redeemable winnings.

Our recommendation: WOW Vegas is a good choice for slot players who want a large library and steady promotions, as long as browser-only play and a 48-hour email reply don’t matter to you. For alternatives, see sites like WOW Vegas.

Where do we list WOW Vegas?

We list WOW Vegas for 26 states, including DC where eligible. We do not list it for Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Washington and West Virginia.

These listings combine operator eligibility records with this site's publication restrictions. A state where we do not list a casino is not necessarily one where the operator refuses accounts. For the legal picture, see our state-by-state guide.

WOW Vegas’ offers explained

Sign-up offer. New players who register get “5 Sweepstakes Coins + 250,000 WOW Coins”. This offer doesn't require a purchase. The Sweepstakes Coins part usually has to be played through before it can be redeemed. Check WOW Vegas’ rules for the exact playthrough and any expiry.

First-purchase offer. If you choose to buy a WOW Coins package, the first-purchase offer is “30 Free Sweepstake Coins + 1.5 Million WOW Coins for $9.99”. The Sweepstakes Coins in a package are a bonus: you are buying WOW Coins, not Sweepstakes Coins.

No purchase necessary. Free entry methods are set out in WOW Vegas's official sweepstakes rules.

WOW Vegas: frequently asked questions

Where do we list WOW Vegas?

We list WOW Vegas for 26 states, including DC where eligible. This combines operator eligibility records with this site's publication restrictions. Check the operator's current terms for residence, physical location and age requirements before registering.

What is WOW Vegas’ sign-up offer?

Our partner records list WOW Vegas’ sign-up offer as: “5 Sweepstakes Coins + 250,000 WOW Coins”. It is for new players and does not require a purchase. Terms, eligibility and playthrough apply; read WOW Vegas’ current terms before you claim.

What is WOW Vegas’ first-purchase offer?

Our partner records list WOW Vegas’ first-purchase offer as: “30 Free Sweepstake Coins + 1.5 Million WOW Coins for $9.99”. Buying Gold Coins is optional. The bonus coins that come with a package follow WOW Vegas’ own rules, including any playthrough.

Has WOW Vegas been tested?

Yes. The Sweepstakes Casinos Team tested WOW Vegas. Mike Epifani wrote this review and Ian St. Clair fact-checked the results. The score is 4.6 out of 5 under our published rating method.

Can you win real money at WOW Vegas?

Not directly. You play with WOW Coins, which have no cash value, and Sweepstakes Coins, which you can’t buy. Under WOW Vegas’ sweepstakes rules, Sweepstakes Coins won in play may be redeemed for prizes, which can include cash (redemption methods on record: Trustly, Skrill, Gift cards). Coins usually have to be played through first, and you must verify your identity, reach the minimum and play from an eligible state. Nothing is guaranteed.

Where do the offer details on this page come from?

From our partnerships team’s records of each operator’s current offers and state exclusions, last checked on October 8, 2026. Offers change, and the operator’s own terms always take precedence over anything on this page.

Is WOW Vegas legit?

WOW Vegas is run by MW Services Limited, and the site uses SSL encryption. Its games come from established studios such as Betsoft, Skywind and NoLimit City. Players must be 18 or older and verify their identity before a cash prize. In our test, our coin purchase went through instantly.

How long do WOW Vegas redemptions take?

We didn't redeem a prize in our test, so we have no timed result to report. In September 2026, WOW Vegas listed most cash redemptions as processed within three business days once an account is verified. Its Redeem screen splits the time into verification and your bank's processing.

What is the WOW Vegas minimum redemption?

The minimum is 50 Sweepstakes Coins for a cash prize and 20 Sweepstakes Coins for a gift card. WOW Vegas lowered the cash minimum from 100 SC in 2026. Sweepstakes Coins need a 1x playthrough first, and you must verify your identity before a cash prize.

Does WOW Vegas have an app?

No. WOW Vegas has no native app for iPhone or Android, so you play in a web browser. An app called WOW Slots: Vegas Online Casino appears on the App Store and Google Play, but it lists a different developer.

What is the WOW Vegas daily bonus?

The daily bonus is 0.2 Sweepstakes Coins every 24 hours, collected from the Rewards Hub. WOW Vegas removed its daily bonus in May 2026 and brought it back as a flat amount in June 2026. The Rewards Hub also holds weekly and monthly bonuses.

Why does WOW Vegas play our winnings before our unplayed coins?

When your balance holds redeemable winnings and unplayed Sweepstakes Coins with an active bonus, WOW Vegas uses the winnings first until the bonus playthrough is met. Support confirmed this to us by email. The redeemable balance updates when the playthrough is complete, not after every spin.
