Poly Casino scored 3.5 out of 5 in our test, and this Poly Casino review explains each part of that score. Poly is a slots-only sweepstakes casino that launched in 2025.
When we tested, the sign-up bonus gave us 30,000 Gold Coins and 0.5 Sweeps Coins as soon as we created our account, with no promo code. Sweeps Coins need a 1x playthrough, and cash prizes start at 5 SC. We redeemed a $5.05 cash prize by PayPal, and it arrived in under 8 hours.
The strongest part of the site is its promotions for existing players, from a seven-day login bonus to an eight-tier VIP ladder. The weakest parts are support and responsible play. The chat is a bot with no path to a person, we found no limits or self-exclusion tool, and a fee took about 23% of our small redemption.
Poly suits casual slot players who want a low redemption minimum. It suits players who want table games, gift cards, a person to talk to or self-service safety tools less well.
We played nine slots over about 80 minutes, made one coin purchase and requested one redemption.
How we tested Poly Casino
We opened a new account with an email address, a password and a ZIP code. We claimed the no-purchase bonus and the Day 1 login bonus, and we bought the first-purchase package. We played nine slots in both Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin modes over about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
We requested a PayPal redemption and completed Poly’s identity check. We asked support about the redemption fee and used the chatbot to ask about self-exclusion. We used Poly in a mobile browser and on desktop, looked for responsible-play tools and counted the library by studio.

When we tested, Poly’s no-purchase bonus was 30,000 Gold Coins and 0.5 Sweeps Coins. It landed in our balance as soon as we entered the email code, with no promo code. The Day 1 login bonus of 3,000 GC and 0.2 SC took our starting balance to 33,000 GC and 0.7 SC.

How we used the Poly sign-up bonus
We played Gold Coins first to try the library, then bought the first-purchase package: 220,000 GC with 22 free SC for $15. It had a timer and expired 12 minutes after it appeared, which leaves little time to decide.
Our Sweeps Coins came from the no-purchase bonus, the Day 1 login bonus and the 22 SC that came with the package. We cleared the 1x playthrough on them before we redeemed.

Why we scored the sign-up bonus 3.7. A 1x playthrough and 30,000 GC with no code make the bonus usable. At 0.5 SC, the Sweeps Coin part is small, and the first-purchase offer’s 12-minute timer adds pressure we don’t like to see.

Our redemption
We requested a $5.05 cash prize by PayPal. We filled in a form with our details and the amount, and received a transaction ID almost at once. The prize reached our PayPal account in under 8 hours.
The identity check came after the request. Poly deducted the Sweeps Coins first, then asked for a Sumsub check with a government ID, which took about two minutes. That order is confusing, because a redemption can look finished while a check is still open. Poly’s terms also allow it to ask for proof of source of funds, such as a bank statement.
The Poly redemption fee
When we tested, Poly’s terms page showed a 3% fee. When we asked support, it told us the fee is tiered: a flat $1 plus 3% under $10, and a flat 3% from $10 to $10,000.
On our $5.05 redemption, the fee came to $1.15, about 23% of the amount rather than 3%.

Why we scored prize redemption 4.1. A 5 SC minimum, a 1x playthrough and a PayPal redemption in under 8 hours earn a high score. The fee holds it back: under $10, support told us it is $1 plus 3%, which took about 23% of our redemption, and the 5 SC minimum sits in that bracket.

Only 2 of the 9 slots we played showed any RTP information: Snoop Dogg Dollars and Le Cowboys.

A sweeps library changes constantly, so we use one fixed method: we average the published return to player (RTP) of 15 popular slots. At Poly, we took the studios’ published RTPs for 18 of its licensed Betsoft and BGaming slots, and the top-15 average was 96.2%.
That is a theoretical figure set by the studios, not a reading from our play. The roughly 21 Poly Originals publish no RTP, so they are left out. Check each game’s info screen for its RTP before you play.
Why we scored games 3.0. The games ran smoothly, and the Poly Originals add something different. A slots-only library of about 300 titles, with RTP shown on only 2 of the 9 slots we played, keeps the score at 3.0.

Poly’s site is clean and easy to use. On mobile, the main menu sits along the bottom of the screen, and on desktop it runs down the left side. Coin purchases, redemptions, promotions and account settings were all easy to find, and the mobile and desktop versions are nearly identical to navigate.

Why we scored the app and responsible play 3.0. A clean interface that is easy to use on mobile and desktop lifts the score. With no limits, no cool-off and no self-exclusion when we tested, the responsible-play side is almost empty, and that holds the score at 3.0.

Our support test
We opened the chatbot and tapped through Responsible gaming, then Account, then Self-Exclusion. The bot replied at once that the feature was on its way, with no other option and no hand-off to a person.
Separately, we asked Poly’s support team about redemption fees, and it described the tiered formula, which the terms page didn’t spell out.
Why we scored customer support 2.5. A working email channel and an FAQ with many articles can’t make up for a chatbot that answers only preset prompts. There was no route to a person in chat and no phone support, and the bot’s only answer on self-exclusion was that it was “coming soon.”

Poly is operated by Truessence Inc. and launched in 2025. It checks your email at sign-up and runs a full Sumsub identity check, with a government ID, when you redeem. Players must be 21 or older.
We found some gaps. When we tested, the terms had last been updated in December 2025. The rules say RTP details are shown on each game, which wasn’t the case for most slots we played, and we found no mention of third-party testing of the games.
