Our verdict on LoneStar Casino
LoneStar Casino scored 4.4 out of 5 in our test. It is a mid-sized sweepstakes casino that does the basics well and adds table games that are uncommon among the sweeps sites we have tested, such as video poker and craps.
The sign-up bonus gave us 100,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins after we verified our email and phone, with no promo code. Sweeps Coins only need a 1x playthrough, and gift cards start at 45 SC. We redeemed a 45 SC grocery gift card, and it arrived in 2.5 days.
The strongest part of the site is usability. The lobby is clear, both balances stay in view, live chat is one click away, and an iOS app launched in August 2026. The weakest part is support speed: live chat took 19 minutes to reach a person. There is also no Android app, and spending or session limits have to be requested by email.
LoneStar suits players who want a low playthrough, a steady daily bonus and table games such as video poker and craps. It suits Android users and anyone who wants fast live chat less well.
How we tested LoneStar Casino
We opened a new account, claimed the sign-up bonus, made a coin purchase and played with both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. We collected the daily bonus over a full seven-day cycle and logged each day’s coins. We reached the 45 SC gift card minimum and redeemed it. We contacted support by email and live chat and timed both. We also counted the game library by type and studio, and checked which responsible-play tools exist.
Every score on this page follows our rating method. The readings were last verified on September 25, 2026.
LoneStar Casino sign-up bonus | 4.3 / 5
When we tested, LoneStar’s no-purchase bonus was 100,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins. It landed in our balance as soon as we confirmed our email address and phone number. We didn’t need a promo code.
Our first daily bonus arrived at the same time. On our first test, before LoneStar rebuilt its daily bonus, that gave us 105,000 GC and 2.8 SC. Gold Coins are for play only and can’t be redeemed. Sweeps Coins are the currency that can be redeemed for prizes once you meet LoneStar’s rules.
How we used the sign-up bonus
We played Booming Games’ video poker with Gold Coins first. Hands start at 10 GC, so 100,000 GC lasts a long time. After 20 hands we were back at our starting balance.
We then played Sweeps Coins on Buffalo Hold ‘n’ Win Extreme 10,000. Our balance went from 2.8 SC to about 9 SC and then ran out. The games loaded quickly and ran smoothly.
VIP progress was slow at the start. Twenty hands of Gold Coin video poker left our VIP meter at 0.00%. Twenty Sweeps Coin spins moved it to 0.01%.
Key sign-up bonus terms
- No promo code is needed for any offer.
- Sweeps Coins have a 1x playthrough. Our guide to Sweeps Coins playthrough explains what that means.
- Free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days without account activity.
- Email and phone verification come before the bonus is credited.
LoneStar coin packages
Buying Gold Coins is optional. When you buy a package, the Sweeps Coins that come with it are a free bonus. You are buying Gold Coins, not Sweeps Coins.
These were some of the listed packages in September 2026. The smallest purchase was $2.99.
| Price | Gold Coins | Free Sweeps Coins | VIP Points |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5.99 | 30,000 | 6 | 60 |
| $19.99 | 100,000 | 21 | 200 |
| $24.99 | 125,000 | 50 | 250 |
| $49.99 | 250,000 | 52 | 500 |
| $99.99 | 500,000 | 105 | 1,000 |
Packages change often. The current first-purchase offer from our partner records is in the offer box at the top of this page. For other sites, see our sweepstakes casino promo codes.
Why we scored the sign-up bonus 4.3. 100,000 GC, 2.5 SC and a 1x playthrough are above average for the sites we have scored. The $24.99 package comes with 50 free SC, but that is not enough to lift the score further.
LoneStar Casino prize redemption | 4.1 / 5
This score rates LoneStar’s redemption rules: the playthrough, the prize minimums and the processing time. It says nothing about your chances in the games, which are set by each game’s random number generator.
| Rule | LoneStar |
|---|---|
| Playthrough | 1x |
| Cash prize minimum | 100 SC |
| Gift card minimum | 45 SC |
| Redemption time in our test | 2.5 days (gift card) |
| Stated processing time | 1–3 business days |
| Daily redemption limit | Up to $10,000 |
| Redemption methods | Bank transfer, debit card, Skrill, gift cards (Prizeout) |
Our redemption
It took a few weeks to reach the 45 SC gift card minimum. We got there with bonus Sweeps Coins from a coin package and our daily bonuses.
We chose a grocery store gift card through Prizeout. It took 2.5 days from submitting the request to the card arriving in our inbox. The card was ready to use as soon as it arrived.
Identity checks start at sign-up with email and phone verification. For the full process at any site, see how to redeem Sweeps Coins and our guide to sweepstakes casino identity checks.
Why we scored prize redemption 4.1. The 1x playthrough and a 2.5-day redemption are strengths. The 100 SC cash and 45 SC gift card minimums keep the score in the middle of the range. Hello Millions and McLuck set their gift card minimums at 10 SC.
LoneStar Casino games | 4.4 / 5
LoneStar has 612 games from 19 studios. That is mid-sized for a sweeps site, but the range is wide.
The studios are 4 The Player, Octopus Global, 777 Reel Riot, Fantasma Games, Rogue, Slotmill, Booming Games, EvoPlay, Kalamba Games, Jini Studios, NoLimit City, Red Rake, Relax Gaming, RubyPlay, Red Tiger, Swintt, M2Play, Playson and Evolution.
| Game type | Count | Title we played or checked |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | About 550 | Dragon’s Lock, with its expanding lock feature |
| Megaways slots | 7 | Blockchain Megaways, with up to 117,649 ways |
| Hold and Win slots | 30 | Buffalo Hold ‘n’ Win Extreme 10,000 |
| Table games | 12 | Oasis Poker Classic, a poker variant |
| Live dealer | 8 | Live blackjack and roulette from Evolution |
| Freeplay games | 3 | Raging Buffalo, in the “Infinity Spins” section |
Table games are LoneStar’s strongest game category. We found video poker, Texas Hold’em, craps and several blackjack games. We didn’t find arcade games or Immortal Ways slots.
When we last updated this review, the lobby also carried King of the Sky: Hit the Bonus and 4 Pots Riches: Hold and Win from Playson, and Gold Blitz Extreme and Mayan Fusion from M2Play. See our guide to sweepstakes casino games for how each game type works.
LoneStar average RTP: 95.5%
A sweeps library changes constantly, so we use one fixed method. We average the published return to player (RTP) of 15 slots in the lobby’s most-played section. At LoneStar, that average is 95.5%. That is at the low end of the sites we have scored. Check each game’s info screen for its RTP before you play.
Why we scored games 4.4. A wide studio line-up, live dealer tables and extras such as video poker and craps lift the score. A mid-sized library and a 95.5% average RTP hold it back.
LoneStar Casino app and responsible play | 5.0 / 5
LoneStar rebuilt its lobby in 2026. Vague categories gave way to clear rows such as “Everyone’s Playing” and “Top 10 Most Played.” Your Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances sit at the top of the screen. Coin purchases, redemption rules and live chat are in the left-hand toolbar, and a search bar finds games quickly.
A few table games failed to load at first and were working a few hours later. Slots ran reliably throughout.
The LoneStar Casino app
LoneStar launched an iOS app in August 2026, and it is an upgrade on the browser version. There is no Android app. On Android, the mobile site ran as smoothly as desktop in our test.
We found about six apps on Google Play that use the LoneStar name. None of them come from RealPlay Tech Inc., LoneStar’s operator. Use the App Store or the official website only. Our guide to sweepstakes casino apps covers how to check an app is genuine.
Purchase and redemption methods
| Method | Coin purchases | Prize redemptions |
|---|---|---|
| Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (credit) | Yes | No |
| Debit cards | Yes | Yes |
| Apple Pay, Google Pay | Yes | No |
| Skrill | Yes | Yes |
| Bank transfer | No | Yes |
| Gift cards (Prizeout) | No | Yes |
Responsible play tools
| Tool | At LoneStar |
|---|---|
| Play and purchase history | In your account |
| Purchase or session limits | No self-service tool; request by email |
| Cool-off or self-exclusion | No self-service tool; request by email |
| Minimum age | 18+ |
If you want limits, request them from support before you need them. Our responsible play page lists free help.
Why we scored the app and responsible play 5.0. A clear lobby, both balances in view, live chat reachable from the lobby and a working iOS app earn this score. Limits, cool-off and self-exclusion all have to be requested by email, with no self-service tool.
LoneStar Casino customer support | 4.4 / 5
LoneStar gives every player two ways to reach a person, plus a help center.
| Channel | Available | In our test |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Yes, for all players | 19 minutes to reach a person |
| Email (Zendesk) | Yes | Reply in about 2 hours |
| Help center | Yes | About 40 articles on payments, verification and troubleshooting |
| Phone | No | — |
When two poker games wouldn’t load, we emailed support. The reply came about two hours later. The agent asked which games were affected and when, rather than sending a stock answer. Within an hour of our follow-up, Oasis Poker Classic and Texas Hold’em were working again.
Live chat used to be for Gold-tier VIPs only. It is now open to every player and opens from the lobby. It starts with an assistant and then transfers you to a person, which took 19 minutes.
Why we scored customer support 4.4. Live chat for every player and a two-hour email reply are good. The 19-minute wait for a person and the lack of phone support keep the score from going higher.
LoneStar Casino daily bonus and rewards | 4.6 / 5
LoneStar rebuilt its daily bonus in 2026 around a seven-day streak and a currency called Stars. Claiming on all seven days collects 150 Stars, and Day 6 adds a Grand Prize of 30,000 GC and 2 SC.
| Day | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 2,000 | 0.2 |
| 2 | 8,000 | 0.4 |
| 3 | 8,000 | 0.4 |
| 4 | 8,000 | 0.4 |
| 5 | 8,000 | 0.4 |
| 6 | 8,000 + 30,000 Grand Prize | 0.4 + 2 Grand Prize |
| 7 | 2,000 (cycle restarts) | 0.2 |
That came to 4.4 SC and 74,000 GC in our first week. Our guide to daily login bonuses compares how these streaks work.
LoneStar VIP program
The VIP program has seven tiers, from Bronze to Master. You earn points from purchases and from play, including Gold Coin play, and points never expire.
| Tier | Points | Main perk |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 0 | Standard daily bonus |
| Silver | 1,000 | Birthday gift |
| Gold | 5,000 | 24/7 priority support and faster redemptions |
| Rose Gold | 15,000 | Personal VIP host and exclusive games |
| Green | 40,000 | Daily challenges |
| Pearl | 100,000 | LoneStar merchandise |
| Master | 250,000 | Weekly bonuses and VIP events |
The perks are light until Gold. The 250 VIP Points in the $24.99 package cover a quarter of the way to Silver.
Other LoneStar promotions
- Tournaments: rotating events, often built around one studio or a new release.
- Lucky Blast: random prize drops during play.
- Studio prize wheels: wheel prizes for progress on a named studio’s games.
- Free spins: in our experience, a small batch arrives about every other month.
- Social media giveaways: bonus coins on Facebook, Instagram and X.
- Refer a friend: a referral bonus in Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Check LoneStar’s current terms for the amounts.
None of these need a promo code.
Why we scored daily bonus and rewards 4.6. 4.4 SC and 74,000 GC in the first week, a seven-tier VIP program, several recurring promotions and a referral bonus earn a high score. Day 1 pays only 0.2 SC, which holds it back slightly.
What’s new at LoneStar Casino
- August 2026: LoneStar launched its iOS app.
- September 2026: Playson’s King of the Sky: Hit the Bonus and 4 Pots Riches: Hold and Win were among the newest slots in the lobby.
Is LoneStar Casino legit?
LoneStar is operated by RealPlay Tech Inc., a Delaware-based company that also runs RealPrize. The site uses SSL encryption. Its games come from established studios such as Fantasma and Kalamba.
Players must be 18 or older, and LoneStar excludes several states. The states section of this page shows where it accepts players, and our sweepstakes casinos by state page covers each state.
Our own evidence is the redemption: a 45 SC gift card that arrived in 2.5 days, as LoneStar’s rules describe.

LoneStar vs RealPrize. RealPlay Tech Inc. runs both sites, so the lobbies and rules feel alike, including the same 100 SC cash and 45 SC gift card minimums. LoneStar scored higher in our tests. Its gift card arrived in 2.5 days, against 7.5 days for the first RealPrize gift card in our tests, and every player can use its live chat. Read our RealPrize review.
LoneStar vs Hello Millions. Hello Millions has lower prize minimums: 75 SC for cash and 10 SC for a gift card, against LoneStar’s 100 SC and 45 SC. LoneStar has the larger no-purchase bonus in Gold Coins and a native iOS app, where Hello Millions has an Android app. Read our Hello Millions review.

Final verdict: who LoneStar Casino suits
LoneStar will suit players who:
- want a 1x playthrough on Sweeps Coins;
- play table games and want video poker, craps and live blackjack;
- use an iPhone and want a native app.
LoneStar will not suit players who:
- want a native Android app;
- need fast answers over live chat (19 minutes in our test);
- want to set their own spending or session limits in their account.
Our recommendation: LoneStar is a good choice for table-game players and anyone who values a low playthrough, as long as slower live chat doesn’t matter to you.
