Our verdict on Chanced Casino
Chanced Casino scored 4.0 out of 5 in our test, and this Chanced Casino review explains each part of that score. It is a large sweepstakes casino with more than 1,600 games and live chat that answered us at once.
Its biggest weakness is the sign-up bonus. Chanced dropped its no-purchase bonus in November 2025, so our new account got no free coins. When we tested, the first-purchase offer was 600,000 Gold Coins and 60 Sweeps Coins for $30, with no promo code needed.
The strongest part is the game library, with 1,157 slots, 25 live dealer games and 8 roulette games in our count. The site and the iPhone app were smooth and easy to use.
The prize rules are mixed. In our test, the wallet’s Redeem tab showed a 1x Sweeps Coins playthrough, and roulette and baccarat play didn’t count toward it. Chanced’s written rules default to three plays, so check the Redeem tab for your own coins. The cash prize minimum is 100 SC, and our balance didn’t reach it, so we didn’t redeem a prize.
Chanced suits slot and live dealer players who want instant support and a native app. It suits players who want free coins at sign-up, or VIP perks without heavy play, less well.
How we tested Chanced Casino
We opened a new account, which came with no no-purchase bonus. We bought the $30 first-purchase package with a Mastercard. We played with Gold Coins first, then played Sweeps Coins on slots, because those counted toward the playthrough.
We tracked our progress in the wallet’s Redeem tab, verified our identity through Veriff and used live chat when a verification email didn’t arrive. We played on desktop and in the iPhone app. We also counted the library, checked the daily bonus and VIP rules, and averaged the RTP of Chanced’s top 25 games.
Every score on this page follows our rating method. The readings were last verified on September 22, 2026.
Chanced Casino sign-up bonus | 3.2 / 5
Chanced had no no-purchase sign-up bonus when we tested. It discontinued that bonus in November 2025.
When we tested, the first-purchase offer was 600,000 Gold Coins and 60 Sweeps Coins with a first purchase of $30. We didn’t need a promo code, but the offer was for new players only. Later purchases didn’t carry the same Sweeps Coin bonus.
Gold Coins are for play only. Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for prizes under Chanced’s rules, as our guide to Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins explains.
How we used the Chanced sign-up bonus
We bought the $30 package with a Mastercard, and the purchase went through Paysafe. We started with Gold Coins on Vegas Matt Aviamasters, a crash-style game from BGaming. The interface was sleek, and its multiplier path felt different from a standard slot.
Gold Coin play did little for our VIP status, since the first VIP tier needs 10,000 SC of play.
Key Chanced sign-up bonus terms
- The first-purchase offer was for new players, and no promo code was needed.
- In our test, the Redeem tab showed a 1x Sweeps Coins playthrough; Chanced’s written rules default to three plays. Our guide to Sweeps Coins playthrough explains what that means.
- In September 2026, Chanced allowed one account per player.
Chanced coin packages
Buying Gold Coins is optional. When you buy a package, the Sweeps Coins that come with it are a free bonus. You are buying Gold Coins, not Sweeps Coins.
| Package | Price | Gold Coins | Bonus Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|---|
| First-purchase offer when we tested | $30 | 600,000 | 60 |
| A welcome bundle, September 2026 | $120 | 1,500,000 | 150 |
| Most regular bundles, September 2026 | Each $1 | 10,000 | 1 |
Larger regular bundles kept the same rate. Packages change often. The current first-purchase offer from our partner records is in the offer box at the top of this page. Our Chanced promo code page covers code details, and our sweepstakes casino promo codes page covers other sites.
Why we scored the sign-up bonus 3.2. There was no no-purchase bonus, so a new player gets no free coins before buying. The 60 SC first-purchase offer is sizable, but it needs a $30 purchase, which keeps the score low.
Chanced Casino prize redemption | 3.9 / 5
This score rates Chanced’s redemption rules: the playthrough, the prize minimums and the processing time. It says nothing about your chances in the games, which are set by each game’s random number generator.
| Rule | Chanced |
|---|---|
| Playthrough in our test (Redeem tab) | 1x (10x on Sweeps Coins from giveaways) |
| Playthrough in the written rules | Three plays, unless Chanced requires otherwise |
| Games that didn’t count | Roulette, baccarat and most table games |
| Cash prize minimum | 100 SC |
| Redemption methods in our test | Standard ACH, instant bank transfer |
| Stated redemption time when we tested | About 48 hours |
| Redemption in our test | Not reached |
How the Chanced playthrough works
When we tested, the Redeem tab in the wallet set out the rules: 1x on Sweeps Coins, 10x on Sweeps Coins won in giveaways, and no credit for games such as roulette and baccarat. A progress bar showed our progress.
Chanced’s written Sweeps Rules, in the version dated August 10, 2026, set three plays as the default “unless” Chanced requires otherwise. The Redeem tab showed 1x when we tested, so check it for the requirement on your own coins.
Our Chanced redemption attempt
We didn’t redeem a prize in this test. After our purchase, we played Sweeps Coins on slots, starting with Fire Stampede Connect and Collect. Our balance rose and then fell, and it never reached the 100 SC cash minimum.
Before the Redeem button works, Chanced asks you to verify your email and your identity. We verified our ID with a selfie through Veriff. Our verification email didn’t arrive at first, and live chat sent a new one that did.
For the full process at any site, see how to redeem Sweeps Coins and our guide to sweepstakes casino identity checks.
Why we scored prize redemption 3.9. A 1x playthrough in our test and a stated redemption time of about 48 hours help the score. Excluding games such as roulette and baccarat, a 10x playthrough on giveaway coins and a 100 SC cash minimum hold it back.
Chanced Casino games | 4.9 / 5
Chanced’s library had more than 1,600 games when we tested, and it is easy to navigate. Categories such as Live Dealer and Provider of the Month made games easy to find.
| Game type | Count | Studios | What we noted |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slots | 1,157 | Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Slotmill, BGaming, Rogue, Evoplay, NoLimit City | Chests of Cai Shen, whose Chest Respin feature can trigger bonus rounds |
| Roulette | 8 | Iconic 21, BGaming, Softswiss | Gravity Auto Roulette, listed at 97.4% RTP |
| Scratch cards | 15 | Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Evoplay | Summer Scratch, a simple match-three card |
| Live dealer | 25 | Atmosphera, Iconic 21 | Gravity Blackjack, with four side bets |
Live dealer and roulette at Chanced
The table side is a strength. Chanced lists French Roulette, with one zero pocket, separately from American Roulette, with two. The 25 live dealer games come from Atmosphera and Iconic 21.
Gravity Blackjack has four side bets: Dealer Bust, 20 Queens, Poker and Pairs.
Gold Coin spin limits
In our test, the largest Gold Coin spin on Eye of the Panda, Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza was 100 GC, with 267,000 GC in our balance. That makes Gold Coins last longer.
What Chanced’s games are missing
We found no Mines-style arcade games. In September 2026, earlier Chanced originals such as Dice, Limbo and Mines no longer appeared on the site. See our guide to sweepstakes casino games for how each game type works.
Chanced average RTP: 95.7%
A sweeps library changes constantly, so we use one fixed method. We average the published return to player (RTP) of the games Chanced lists as its top 25, such as Sugar Teddy, Duck Hunters Happy Hour and Sweet Jar Combo. At Chanced, that average is 95.7%. Check each game’s info screen for its RTP before you play.
Why we scored games 4.9. More than 1,600 games, 25 live dealer tables, 8 roulette games and a well-organized lobby earn a near-maximum score. The lack of arcade games is the gap we found.
Chanced Casino app and responsible play | 4.5 / 5
Chanced’s black background makes the game tiles and buttons easy to see. Both coin balances sit at the top of the screen, and you toggle between them. The left-hand toolbar showed several promotions running at once when we tested.
The Wallet button holds the key tools. From it, you can buy coin packages, verify your account for redemptions, claim the daily bonus and use the Top Up feature. Top Up adds Gold Coins when you run low, and in September 2026 it applied below 10 GC.
Chanced Casino app and mobile site
Chanced has native apps for iPhone and Android. We tested the iPhone app. Navigation was simple, everything loaded without a hitch, and we had no lag.
Before you download any app that uses the Chanced name, check that the developer listed in the store is Chanced’s operator. Our guide to sweepstakes casino apps explains how.
Responsible play tools
| Tool | At Chanced |
|---|---|
| Purchase limits | Listed in September 2026 |
| Breaks from play | Listed in September 2026 |
| Self-exclusion | Listed in September 2026 |
| Minimum age | 21+ under Chanced’s terms |
We didn’t check these tools in our test. Set any limits before you need them. Our responsible play page lists free help.
Why we scored the app and responsible play 4.5. A clean, fast site, wallet tools in one place and a smooth iPhone app earn a high score. We tested the app on iPhone only, and we didn’t check the responsible-play tools in this test.
Chanced Casino customer support | 4.5 / 5
Chanced’s live chat was instant in our test, and it solved a real problem.
| Channel | In our test |
|---|---|
| Live chat | Instant reply; fixed our issue |
| Listed (not tested) | |
| Phone | Listed, but the line was dead |
| Help center | 8 collections, 75 articles |
How quickly did Chanced support respond?
We used live chat when the verification email we needed for the Redeem button didn’t arrive. The agent replied at once, then sent a new email, which arrived.
Where Chanced support falls short
- The phone number listed on the site was a dead line, with no voicemail.
- The Payment FAQ in the footer linked to an old PDF that said Chanced accepted cryptocurrency for coin purchases. That was out of date when we tested.
Why we scored customer support 4.5. Instant live chat that fixed our verification problem earns a high score. A dead phone line and an out-of-date payment FAQ hold it back.
Chanced Casino daily bonus and rewards | 4.0 / 5
Chanced pays a daily bonus from the Daily Bonus tab in your wallet. It replaced an earlier hourly bonus of 0.1 SC. The amount rises over the first five consecutive days.
| Day | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 5,000 | 0.3 |
| 2 to 4 | Not recorded | Not recorded |
| 5 | 20,000 | 1 |
| 6 | 20,000 | 1 |
| 7 | 20,000 | 1 |
Check the Redeem tab to see which playthrough applies to your daily bonus coins. Our guide to daily login bonuses compares how these streaks work.
Chanced VIP Club
The VIP Club is built for heavy players. You start with no tier and move up by playing Sweeps Coins. These were the thresholds in September 2026.
| Tier | Sweeps Coin play needed |
|---|---|
| Copper | 10,000 SC |
| Bronze | 50,000 SC |
| Silver | 100,000 SC |
| Gold | 250,000 SC |
| Platinum 1 | 500,000 SC |
| Platinum 2 | 1,000,000 SC |
| Platinum 3 | 2,500,000 SC |
| Platinum 4 | 5,000,000 SC |
| Platinum 5 | 10,000,000 SC |
When we tested, Diamond 1 and Diamond 2 tiers sat above Platinum. Perks grow with each tier and include level-up bonuses, weekly bonuses and rakeback.
Copper players can claim bonus drop codes, which Chanced posts on its Telegram channel and sometimes on Instagram or X. Sweeps Coins won in giveaways carried a 10x playthrough in our test.
Other Chanced promotions
- Weekly raffle: one ticket for every 1,000 SC played. In September 2026, the drawing was held every Saturday.
- Refer a friend: in September 2026, each friend who signed up and bought at least $20 of Gold Coins earned the referring player 100,000 GC and 15 SC, for up to 10 friends.
- Mail-in requests: Chanced’s rules include a free way to request Sweeps Coins by mail. In September 2026, a completed request earned 5 SC.
Why we scored daily bonus and rewards 4.0. A daily bonus that reaches 1 SC by Day 5 and a deep VIP Club with rakeback earn a solid score. The first VIP tier needs 10,000 SC of play, and giveaway coins carry a 10x playthrough, so most perks suit heavy players.
What’s new at Chanced Casino
- November 2025: Chanced discontinued its no-purchase sign-up bonus.
- By September 2026: Chanced had launched native apps for iPhone and Android.
- September 2026: Later Gator joined the lobby as Chanced’s newest release, with a challenge built around it and Clover Cross.
- September 2026: the lobby added football-season categories, Gridiron Is Back and Ironman Race Games, plus Jackpot Hunt and Power Chance Jackpot sections.
Is Chanced Casino legit?
Chanced is run by Gold Coin Group LLC, which also runs Punt.com. In our test, Chanced used Veriff for identity checks, including a selfie, and Paysafe for card purchases.
Players must be 21 or older under Chanced’s terms. You must verify your email and identity before you can redeem. The states section of this page shows where it accepts players, and our sweepstakes casinos by state page covers each state.
Our balance didn’t reach the 100 SC minimum, so we have no redemption of our own to point to.

Chanced vs FreeSpin. FreeSpin scored 4.1 in our tests, against 4.0 for Chanced, and both set a 100 SC cash minimum. FreeSpin gave 200,000 GC and 20 spins with no purchase, where Chanced gave nothing before a purchase. Chanced has native iOS and Android apps, and FreeSpin had none. Read our FreeSpin review.
Chanced vs Spree. Spree scored 4.3 in our tests and gave 25,000 GC and 2.5 SC with no purchase. Both set a 100 SC cash minimum, but Spree’s gift card minimum is 10 SC. Spree’s cash prize arrived in under 24 hours in our tests, while our Chanced test didn’t reach a redemption. Read our Spree review.

Final verdict: who Chanced Casino suits
Chanced will suit players who:
- want a large library with 25 live dealer games and 8 roulette games;
- value instant live chat support;
- want a native app on iPhone or Android.
Chanced will not suit players who:
- want free coins at sign-up without a purchase;
- want VIP perks without heavy play (Copper needs 10,000 SC);
- want table-game play to count toward the Sweeps Coin playthrough.
Our recommendation: Chanced is a good choice for slot and live dealer players who want instant support and a native app, as long as the missing no-purchase bonus and the 100 SC cash minimum don’t matter to you.

Chanced: frequently asked questions
Where do we list Chanced?
We list Chanced for 25 states, including DC where eligible. This combines operator eligibility records with this site's publication restrictions. We do not list it for Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Washington and West Virginia. Check the operator's current terms for residence, physical location and age requirements before registering.
What is Chanced’s first-purchase offer?
Our partner records list Chanced’s first-purchase offer as: “Get 60 Free SC + 600k Gold Coins on First $30 Purchase”. Buying Gold Coins is optional. The bonus coins that come with a package follow Chanced’s own rules, including any playthrough.
Has Chanced been tested?
Yes. The Sweepstakes Casinos Team tested Chanced. Mike Epifani wrote this review and Ian St. Clair fact-checked the results. The score is 4.0 out of 5 under our published rating method.
Can you win real money at Chanced?
Not directly. You play with Gold Coins, which have no cash value, and Sweeps Coins, which you can’t buy. Under Chanced’s sweepstakes rules, Sweeps Coins won in play may be redeemed for prizes, which can include cash (redemption methods on record: Cash, Gift cards). Coins usually have to be played through first, and you must verify your identity, reach the minimum and play from an eligible state. Nothing is guaranteed.
Where do the offer details on this page come from?
From our partnerships team’s records of each operator’s current offers and state exclusions, last checked on October 8, 2026. Offers change, and the operator’s own terms always take precedence over anything on this page.
Is Chanced Casino legit?
Chanced is run by Gold Coin Group LLC, which also runs Punt.com. In our test it used Veriff for ID and selfie checks and Paysafe for card purchases, and its terms require players to be 21 or older. Our balance didn't reach the redemption minimum, so we have no redemption of our own to report.
How long do Chanced Casino redemptions take?
Chanced stated about 48 hours for redemptions when we tested, paid by standard ACH or instant bank transfer. Our own test didn't reach the 100 SC minimum, so we didn't time a redemption. You must verify your email and identity before the Redeem button works.
What is the Chanced Casino minimum redemption?
The minimum is 100 Sweeps Coins for a cash prize. In our test, the wallet's Redeem tab showed a 1x playthrough on Sweeps Coins and 10x on Sweeps Coins from giveaways, and play on games such as roulette and baccarat didn't count toward it. Chanced's written Sweeps Rules default to three plays, so check the Redeem tab and the rules for your own coins.
Does Chanced Casino have an app?
Yes. Chanced has native apps for iPhone and Android. We tested the iPhone app, and it ran as smoothly as the desktop site, with simple navigation and no lag. The mobile site in a phone browser is built to work like an app if you'd rather not download anything.
Does Chanced Casino have live dealer games?
Yes. We counted 25 live dealer games from Atmosphera and Iconic 21, plus 8 roulette games, including French and American versions. Gravity Blackjack offers four side bets. In our test, roulette and baccarat play didn't count toward the Sweeps Coins playthrough, so check the rules before you play them.
Does Chanced Casino have a VIP program?
Yes, but it starts high. The first tier, Copper, needs 10,000 SC of play. Copper players can claim bonus drop codes, and perks such as level-up bonuses, weekly bonuses and rakeback grow with each tier. Sweeps Coins won in giveaways carried a 10x playthrough in our test.
