What we tested at BetRivers.net Casino
-
Three VC$ Store packages The VC$ Store offered fixed packages only. In our test, three of them were 150 VC$ for $4.99, 375 for $9.99 and 600 for $14.99. -
Play Points exchange In our test, the Rewards Center's lowest swap turned 10 Play Points into 30 VC$. Points built slowly, and this button was still locked at 9.39 points needed.

Our verdict on BetRivers.net Casino
BetRivers.net Casino scored 4.5 out of 5 in our test. It is a social casino, not a sweepstakes casino. Its Virtual Credits (VC$) are for play only, it has no Sweeps Coins, and nothing can be redeemed for cash or prizes.
This BetRivers.net casino review is for adults who want casino games and sports picks purely for entertainment. It suits players who like table games, live dealer tables and a well-organized lobby. It does not suit anyone who wants prizes, a native app or live chat.
When we tested, registration added 250 VC$. A bonus code entered in the account menu then added 500 VC$, for 750 VC$ without a purchase. The current offer from our partner records is in the offer box at the top of this page.
The strongest part is the game library. We found 990+ slots, 16 table games and 21 live dealer games, plus a free-play sports section that shares the same balance. The weakest part is support. It is email only, with no live chat or phone, although our reply came in under an hour.
We tested the site over a couple of days of casino play, sports picks and time in the Rewards Center.
How we tested BetRivers.net Casino
We opened a new account and claimed the registration credits. We then entered a bonus code in the My Account menu and checked that the extra VC$ landed.
We played First Person Blackjack and Instant Roulette for about 30 minutes and tracked the Play Points that play earned. We placed a pick on an NBA over/under in the Sports Zone and waited for it to settle. We joined a free bingo game we were invited to, browsed the Rewards Center and recorded the package prices in the VC$ Store.
We emailed support with a question and timed the reply. We also read the help center and counted the game library by type and studio.
Every score on this page follows our rating method. Social casinos are scored on five categories, because there is no prize redemption to test. The readings were last verified on June 5, 2026.
BetRivers.net Casino sign-up bonus | 4.4 / 5
The sign-up bonus in our test was 750 VC$ with no purchase. It came in two parts.
When we registered, BetRivers.net credited 250 VC$. We then opened the My Account drop-down, found a bonus code field and entered a code, which added 500 VC$. The code field sits in the account menu after registration, not on the sign-up form.
VC$ is the only currency on the site. It works like Gold Coins at a sweepstakes casino, but there is no second currency that can be redeemed. Our guide to Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins explains the two-currency model that sweepstakes casinos use instead.
How we used the sign-up bonus
We spent about 30 minutes on First Person Blackjack and Instant Roulette. Our balance stayed close to where it started, at about 700 VC$.
Sports picks use credits differently. VC$ on an open pick stays out of your balance until the game settles, which can take hours or days. That leaves less to play with in the casino in the meantime.
Key sign-up bonus terms
- The 500 VC$ part needs a bonus code entered in the My Account menu after registration.
- In September 2026, the sign-up credits carried no playthrough and no game restrictions.
- Players must be 21 or older.
- One VC$ balance covers the casino and the Sports Zone.
BetRivers.net VC$ packages
Buying VC$ is optional. You buy fixed packages and can’t choose a custom amount. The VC$ Store listed these packages when we tested, and the same prices were listed in September 2026.
| Price | VC$ |
|---|---|
| $0.99 (special deal) | 200 |
| $4.99 | 150 |
| $9.99 | 375 |
| $14.99 | 600 |
| $19.99 | 900 |
| $49.99 | 2,500 |
| $99.99 | 7,500 |
| $149.99 | 15,000 |
| $299.99 | 37,500 |
In September 2026, the $0.99 package was the first-purchase deal for new players. Purchased VC$ can’t be redeemed either. The current first-purchase offer from our partner records is in the offer box at the top of this page.
Why we scored the sign-up bonus 4.4. 750 VC$ with no purchase covered a half-hour of table games in our test with little change in our balance. The larger part of it needs a code entered after sign-up, and like every VC$ balance it can’t be redeemed.
Can you win prizes at BetRivers.net Casino?
No. BetRivers.net is a social casino. Its Virtual Credits are for play only, it has no Sweeps Coins, and nothing can be redeemed for cash, gift cards or prizes.
That covers every source of VC$. Credits from the sign-up bonus, from settled sports picks, from the Rewards Center and from bought packages all stay play-only.
That is why this review has no prize-redemption score. Social casinos are scored on the other five categories under our rating method. If you want coins that can be redeemed for prizes under an operator’s rules, see our list of sweepstakes casinos and how sweepstakes casinos differ from social casinos.
BetRivers.net Casino games | 4.8 / 5
BetRivers.net has a large, broad library. Its casino side, called Casino4Fun, had 990+ slots, 16 table games and 21 live dealer games in our test, plus Slingo and Megaways sections.
| Game type | Count in our test | Studios | A title we noted |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slots | 990+ | Pragmatic Play, Greentube, Everi, Konami, Habanero, 3 Oaks, NetEnt, AGS, Red Tiger | Mustang Gold, with several jackpot levels |
| Table games | 16 | Habanero, Gaming Realms, Pragmatic Play | Caribbean Stud, with a 97.48% RTP |
| Live dealer | 21 | Evolution | Lightning Roulette, with a 2.90% house edge on straight-up bets |
| Slingo | 39 | Slingo Originals | Slingo X-Scream |
| Megaways | 29 | Pragmatic Play | Revenge of Loki Megaways |
Video slots lead the lobby, with titles such as Wolf Gold, Great Rhino and Slingo Reel Extreme. There are also classic fruit slots and progressive jackpot slots such as Divine Fortune. Every jackpot is in VC$ only.
The blackjack tables ran smoothly in our test, both the computer-dealt and the live dealer versions. RTP and house edge are long-run averages, and they don’t predict any single session. See our guide to sweepstakes casino games for how each game type works.
The Sports Zone
The Sports Zone is a free-play sportsbook that mirrors the BetRivers sportsbook. We placed a pick on an NBA over/under. When the pick settled that night, the VC$ went straight back into our balance.
We saw markets for the NFL, the NBA, boxing, esports, English Premier League soccer, cycling, darts and field hockey. The section is heavy, and at times it struggled to load during our test.
What’s missing from the library
We didn’t find arcade-style games. If those matter to you, our Stake.us review and Chanced review cover sweepstakes casinos that carry them.
Why we scored games 4.8. Nearly 1,000 slots from studios such as Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, 16 table games, 21 live dealer games and a full free-play sportsbook earn a high score. The lack of arcade-style games holds it back slightly.
BetRivers.net Casino app and responsible play | 4.5 / 5
BetRivers.net is easy to use, but only in a browser. The site has two parts: Casino4Fun for casino games and the Sports Zone for sports picks. Its design and colors copy the BetRivers casino and sportsbook.
Both parts share one VC$ balance. A pick you place in the Sports Zone lowers the balance you can play with in the casino until it settles.
At the top of the game grid, dropdown filters sort games by studio, type and feature. That made it quick to find a game in a library this size. Each game tile shows the minimum bet and its main features, and an “i” button opens a short description with the studio’s name.
Is there a BetRivers.net app?
No. There is no BetRivers.net app for iOS or Android. The site runs in a browser, and in our test it looked almost the same on a PC, a Mac, an iPhone and an Android phone. Our guide to native apps vs mobile sites explains the difference.
Purchases, age and responsible play
| Item | At BetRivers.net |
|---|---|
| Purchase methods in our test | PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer |
| Also listed in September 2026 | Discover, American Express |
| Package sizes | Fixed packages only, from $0.99 |
| Minimum age | 21+ |
The minimum age is 21, even though nothing on the site can be redeemed. We didn’t record which spending-limit, cool-off or self-exclusion tools BetRivers.net offers, so check its help center before you buy a package. Our responsible play page lists free help.
Why we scored the app and responsible play 4.5. A clean lobby, strong filters and detailed game information make the site easy to use on any screen. There is no native app, and the Sports Zone was slow to load at times.
BetRivers.net Casino customer support | 4.3 / 5
Support at BetRivers.net is email only, but it was fast in our test.
| Channel | Available | In our test |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | No | — |
| Phone | No | — |
| Email (support@betrivers.net) | Yes | Reply in under an hour |
| Help center | Yes | 50+ articles in clear categories |
We emailed support with a question about where the site is available. An agent replied in under an hour.
The help center is well organized. It has clear categories, expandable answers and clearly worded questions, and it covered the topics we looked for.
The missing piece is live chat. If you need an answer while you play, email is the only route.
Why we scored customer support 4.3. A reply in under an hour and a well-organized help center are strengths. No live chat and no phone support hold the score back.
BetRivers.net Casino daily bonus and rewards | 4.5 / 5
BetRivers.net keeps its rewards simple. There is no tiered loyalty program, just several ways to top up VC$ without buying a package.
| Reward | How it worked in our test |
|---|---|
| Four-hour bonus | 20 VC$ every four hours, claimed from the My Account menu |
| Daily bonus wheel | One free spin a day for VC$ |
| Play Points | Earned as you play and swapped for VC$ in the Rewards Center |
| Bingo | Free bingo games with VC$ rewards, by invitation while you play |
| Log-in pop-up | Featured games and a store discount code |
In August 2026, the daily wheel advertised up to 1,000 VC$. Our guide to daily login bonuses compares how these top-ups work at other sites.
Play Points and the Rewards Center
Play earns Play Points, which you swap for VC$ in the Rewards Center. Options run from a straight swap starting at 10 Play Points to scratchers and bonus wheels that multiply the swap. In September 2026, the lowest level swapped 10 Play Points for 30 VC$.
Points build slowly, and BetRivers.net doesn’t publish the rate. In our test, each 55 VC$ roulette spin earned 0.05 Play Points, or about 0.1% of the stake. About 30 minutes of blackjack and roulette earned 1 Play Point, a tenth of the smallest swap.
Bingo and log-in offers
While we were browsing, the site invited us to a free bingo game. We joined a room with 18 other players, and the top reward was 50 VC$. In August 2026, free bingo ran each evening, Eastern Time.
When we logged in, a plain-text pop-up listed the games linked to a new split-pot progressive jackpot. It also carried a store code for a discount on bonus credits.
Why we scored daily bonus and rewards 4.5. Free VC$ every four hours, a daily wheel, free bingo and a simple points-for-credits swap earn a high score. There are no loyalty tiers, Play Points build slowly, and when we tested, each package carried half the VC$ it once did.
Is BetRivers.net Casino legit?
BetRivers.net is run by Rush Street Interactive, the company behind the BetRivers casino and sportsbook brand. It has been running since 2016. Players must be 21 or older.
In September 2026, registration asked for your name, email address, home address and date of birth. The site checked those details before opening the account. Our guide to identity checks explains how verification works at sweepstakes casinos.
In our test, the VC$ Store took PayPal, cards and bank transfer. Because nothing can be redeemed, a prize redemption is not part of our evidence here. Our evidence is the test itself: the credits landed as described, and support answered by email in under an hour.
The states section of this page shows where BetRivers.net accepts players, and our sweepstakes casinos by state page covers each state.
BetRivers.net Casino vs similar social casinos
These are the numbers from our hands-on tests of each site.
| BetRivers.net | Hard Rock Jackpot Planet | McLuck | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Score in our tests | 4.5 / 5 | 4.0 / 5 | 4.6 / 5 |
| No-purchase bonus in our tests | 750 VC$ | 10,000,000 Coins | 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC |
| Prizes | None | None | Sweeps Coins, redeemable under McLuck’s rules |
| Support in our tests | Email under 1 hour; no live chat | Live chat reply after 2 hours | Email only, reply in nearly 24 hours |
| Games | 990+ slots, 16 table, 21 live dealer | About 150 slots, 5 open at sign-up | — |
| Native app | None (browser) | iOS and Android | None (browser) |
BetRivers.net vs Hard Rock Jackpot Planet. Both are social casinos with no Sweeps Coins, so neither has prizes. BetRivers.net scored 4.5 to Hard Rock Jackpot Planet’s 4.0 in our tests, with 990+ slots against about 150 that unlock level by level. Hard Rock Jackpot Planet has native apps and live chat, where BetRivers.net is browser only with email support. Read our Hard Rock Jackpot Planet review.
BetRivers.net vs McLuck. McLuck is a sweepstakes casino: its no-purchase bonus in our tests included 2.5 Sweeps Coins, which can be redeemed under McLuck’s rules. BetRivers.net has no Sweeps Coins. Its email reply came in under an hour, against nearly 24 hours at McLuck in our tests. Read our McLuck review.

Final verdict: who BetRivers.net Casino suits
BetRivers.net will suit players who:
- want casino games and sports picks with no prizes at stake;
- play table games and want live dealer tables with play-only credits;
- are happy with a browser site, free top-ups every four hours and email support.
BetRivers.net will not suit players who:
- want to redeem coins for cash or prizes;
- want a native iOS or Android app;
- need live chat or phone support.
Our recommendation: BetRivers.net is a good choice for adults who want a large casino and sports library for entertainment only, as long as you are clear that nothing on it can be redeemed.
