Our verdict on ACE.com Casino
ACE.com Casino scored 4.4 out of 5 in our test, and this ACE.com Casino review explains each part of that score. ACE.com launched in July 2025. It is a slots-only sweepstakes casino with more than 700 games and several ways to reach support.
When we tested, the sign-up bonus gave us 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins with no promo code. The first-purchase package was 50,000 GC and 25 SC for $9.99, and two more discounted packages unlocked after it. Sweeps Coins need a 1x playthrough, and gift cards start at 10 SC.
The strongest part is support. Our email got a detailed reply in about 2 hours, and ACE.com also offers phone support and, after a first purchase, live chat. Redemption is another strength: our cash prize by bank transfer arrived about 36 hours after we requested it.
The weakest part is game variety. The library is slots only, with no table games or live dealer games. There is also no downloadable app and no VIP program.
ACE.com suits slot players who want a 10 SC gift card minimum and responsive support. It suits table-game players, and anyone who wants a native app, less well.
How we tested ACE.com Casino
We opened a new account and claimed the sign-up bonus. We played Gold Coins on more than a dozen slots, then used the volatility filter to choose games for our Sweeps Coins. We spun the daily reward wheel across our test, including in April 2026.
We completed identity checks and redeemed a cash prize by bank transfer, and we timed it. We emailed support with questions about the purchase offers and timed the reply. We played on desktop and on the mobile site. We also counted the lobby by section and averaged the published RTP of ACE.com’s recommended slots.
Every score on this page follows our rating method. The readings were last verified on September 24, 2026.
ACE.com Casino sign-up bonus | 4.2 / 5
When we tested, ACE.com’s no-purchase bonus was 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins. Both landed in our account as soon as we signed up. We didn’t need a purchase or a promo code.
In September 2026, sign-up asked for an email address, a password, your full name, date of birth and state, followed by an email confirmation. Gold Coins are for play only. Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for prizes under ACE.com’s rules, as our guide to Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins explains.
How we used the ACE.com sign-up bonus
We spent our Gold Coins on slots and tried more than a dozen games. Most of our time went on Aztec Fire 2 from 3 Oaks, 3 Big Barrel Buffalos and Voltage Blitz Vortex. The games played smoothly, and our free Gold Coins eventually ran out.
For our Sweeps Coins, we used ACE.com’s volatility filter to choose slots. Its highest-volatility group includes Book of Cats Megaways, Space Miners and Lady Fortune. Our 2.5 no-purchase Sweeps Coins ran out during that play.
ACE.com coin packages
Buying Gold Coins is optional. When you buy a package, the Sweeps Coins that come with it are a free bonus. You are buying Gold Coins, not Sweeps Coins.
These are the packages we saw while testing, plus two store listings from September 2026.
| Package | Price | Gold Coins | Free Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|---|
| First purchase | $9.99 | 50,000 | 25 |
| Next package after the first purchase | $9.99 | 40,000 | 20 |
| Next package after the second purchase | $69.99 | 280,000 | 135 |
| Fourth purchase offer, September 2026 | $74.99 | 250,000 | 100 |
| Smallest package, September 2026 | $1.99 | 10,000 | Not listed |
Packages change often. The current first-purchase offer from our partner records is in the offer box at the top of this page. For other sites, see our sweepstakes casino promo codes page.
Key ACE.com sign-up bonus terms
- No promo code is needed for the sign-up bonus.
- Sweeps Coins have a 1x playthrough. Our guide to Sweeps Coins playthrough explains what that means.
- In September 2026, players had to be 21 or older.
- Email confirmation comes before play.
Why we scored the sign-up bonus 4.2. 2.5 SC with no purchase, a 1x playthrough and follow-up packages after the first purchase earn a solid score. The no-purchase bonus is light on Gold Coins, at 7,500 GC.
ACE.com Casino prize redemption | 4.5 / 5
This score rates ACE.com’s redemption rules: the playthrough, the prize minimums and the processing time. It says nothing about your chances in the games, which are set by each game’s random number generator.
| Rule | ACE.com |
|---|---|
| Playthrough | 1x |
| Cash prize minimum | 75 SC |
| Gift card minimum | 10 SC |
| Redemption in our test | About 36 hours (cash prize by bank transfer) |
| Stated cash prize time (when we tested) | 3–5 days |
| Gift card time (September 2026) | Up to 48 hours |
| Identity check | Through Sumsub; photo ID and a selfie (September 2026) |
| Redemption methods | Bank transfer, gift cards |
Our ACE.com redemption
The “Redeem” button at the top left of the site shows your redeemable and unplayed Sweeps Coins. We used it to track which coins had met the 1x playthrough.
We requested a cash prize by bank transfer. That meant entering our bank details online and passing a quick verification through Sumsub. The prize reached our bank account about 36 hours (1.5 days) after we submitted it, against ACE.com’s stated 3 to 5 days.
Verify your account before your first redemption, so identity checks and the prize aren’t handled at the same time. In September 2026, verification in the account section asked for a government photo ID and a selfie. For the full process at any site, see how to redeem Sweeps Coins and our guide to sweepstakes casino identity checks.
Why we scored prize redemption 4.5. A 1x playthrough, a 10 SC gift card minimum, a 75 SC cash minimum and a cash prize that arrived in about 36 hours earn a high score. Identity checks must be done before the first redemption, so plan for that step.
ACE.com Casino games | 4.4 / 5
ACE.com’s library passed 700 games when we browsed it, and every one of them is a slot. The titles run from classic slots to Megaways games with cascading and tumbling reels. There is also a section for the newest releases.
You can filter slots by theme and by volatility, which made a large library easy to search. Studios include Playson, Evoplay, Betsoft, Playtech, 3 Oaks Gaming, Relax Gaming, Booming Games, Octopus Gaming, Ruby Play, Blueprint Gaming, Red Rake, Slotmill, BGaming, Spade Gaming, Print Studios and Revolver Gaming.
These are the lobby sections we counted. They don’t cover the whole library.
| Section | Games | Studios | Game we noted |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slots | 300 | Playtech, Playson, Evoplay, Relax Gaming, Betsoft, Booming Games, 3 Oaks Gaming, Slotmill and others | Wolf Power Megaways, with multipliers in its free spins |
| Hold and Win | 120 | 1X2 Network, 3 Oaks Gaming, Gaming Corps, Ruby Play, Blueprint Gaming, Red Rake | Voltage Blitz: Vortex Hold and Win |
| New slots | 30 | Playtech, Playson, Evoplay, Relax Gaming, Booming Games | Giga Match Egypt |
| Play the Feature | 1 | Gaming Corps | Gates of Hellfire, with a meter that builds multipliers |
| Exclusive Gold Coin games | 1 | Betsoft | April Fury and the Chamber of Scarabs |
| Unlimited Play | 3 | BGaming, Playson, 3 Oaks | Lady Fortune |
Unlimited Play slots can be played without spending Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins. The Exclusive Gold Coin game is for Gold Coin play only. See our guide to sweepstakes casino games for how each game type works.
What ACE.com’s games are missing
- Table games such as blackjack, roulette and poker
- Live dealer games
- Any game type other than slots
ACE.com average RTP: 95.9%
A sweeps library changes constantly, so we use one fixed method. We average the published return to player (RTP) of the top 25 slots in ACE.com’s Recommended Slots section, which includes Book of Cats Megaways and 3 Hot Chilies. At ACE.com, that average is 95.9%. Check each game’s info screen for its RTP before you play.
Why we scored games 4.4. More than 700 slots from a long studio list, with Hold and Win, Megaways and volatility and theme filters, earn a high score. No table games and no live dealer games hold it back.
ACE.com Casino app and responsible play | 4.3 / 5
ACE.com’s desktop site has a bold layout. The menu runs down the left side, and the “All Games” category sits on the main page. The American-flag-style logo and blue background make the brand easy to recognize.
On mobile, the site is more compact. The menu slides out from the bottom-right corner, and the site loaded quickly and ran smoothly in our test. It felt close to an app, and we preferred it to the desktop version for convenience.
The ACE.com Casino app
ACE.com had no downloadable app for iOS or Android when we tested. You can play games, claim bonuses and buy coin packages in a mobile browser on an iPhone or an Android phone. Before you download any app that uses the ACE.com name, check who the developer is. Our guide to sweepstakes casino apps explains how.
Purchase and redemption methods
| Method | Coin purchases | Prize redemptions |
|---|---|---|
| Visa, Mastercard, Discover | Yes | No |
| Bank transfer | No | Yes |
| Gift cards | No | Yes |
We found only these three card brands for purchases, with no e-wallets or crypto. The smallest package was $1.99 in September 2026.
Responsible play tools
| Tool | At ACE.com |
|---|---|
| Daily Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin spending limits | Listed when we tested |
| Cool-off | Listed when we tested |
| Self-exclusion | Listed when we tested |
| Reality check reminders and game time limits | Listed when we tested |
| Links to outside support | Listed when we tested |
| Minimum age | 21+ (September 2026) |
These tools sit on ACE.com’s Player Trust & Safety Controls page. Set any limits before you need them. Our responsible play page lists free help.
Why we scored the app and responsible play 4.3. A clear desktop layout, a quick mobile site and a listed set of limit, break and self-exclusion tools earn a solid score. There is no downloadable app for iOS or Android, and purchase methods are limited to three card brands.
ACE.com Casino customer support | 4.9 / 5
ACE.com gives players four ways to reach its team, and support is available around the clock.
| Channel | Available | In our test |
|---|---|---|
| Yes | Detailed reply in about 2 hours | |
| Live chat | After your first purchase | Opens once you have bought a package (the smallest was $1.99) |
| Phone | Yes | Listed as a direct line |
| Social media | X, Facebook, Instagram | — |
| FAQ | Yes | Covers promotions, packages, prize redemptions and more |
After our free Gold Coins ran out, we had questions about how the purchase offers worked. We sent them by email rather than looking them up. The reply came in about two hours, and it was detailed, helpful and offered to answer more.
Live chat only opens after your first purchase. If you haven’t bought a package, email and phone are your routes to a person.
Why we scored customer support 4.9. Four ways to reach the team, around-the-clock availability and a detailed email reply in about 2 hours earn a near-maximum score. Live chat opens only after your first purchase.
ACE.com Casino daily bonus and rewards | 4.2 / 5
ACE.com’s daily bonus is a reward wheel you can spin once every 24 hours. The amount is random, so it changes from day to day.
| Reward | How it worked when we tested |
|---|---|
| Daily reward wheel | Once every 24 hours; about 1,500 GC and 0.3 SC a day on average |
| Follow-up purchase packages | Two discounted packages after the first purchase |
| Flash sales | Occasional discounted coin packages |
| Progressive jackpots | Jackpots that grow with play, plus an opt-in Sweeps Coin jackpot with several tiers |
| Refer a friend | A reward for both players once the friend signs up and verifies their account |
| Social media competitions | Coin giveaways on Facebook, Instagram and X (September 2026) |
| VIP or loyalty program | None |
The daily reward wheel
In April 2026, our spin paid 1,500 Gold Coins and 0.2 Sweeps Coins. Across our test, the wheel averaged about 1,500 GC and 0.3 SC a day. Our guide to daily login bonuses compares how these bonuses work.
Jackpots and referrals
ACE.com runs progressive jackpots that grow as players spin. To enter the Sweeps Coin jackpot, you opt in and play any slot in Sweeps Coin mode.
The referral program gives you a unique link to share. When a friend signs up and verifies their account, you both receive a reward. Check ACE.com’s current terms for the amounts.
No VIP program
ACE.com had no VIP or loyalty program when we tested, and none was listed in September 2026.
Why we scored daily bonus and rewards 4.2. A daily wheel that averaged about 0.3 SC a day, follow-up purchase packages, jackpots and a referral bonus earn a solid score. There is no VIP or loyalty program, and the wheel’s daily amount varies.
What’s new at ACE.com Casino
- August 2026: Enjoy Gaming, Betsoft and Rogue were marked as new studios, and the lineup passed 40 studios.
- August 2026: the welcome package was 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC at sign-up, followed by four purchase offers starting at 50,000 GC and 25 SC for $9.99.
Is ACE.com Casino legit?
ACE.com launched in July 2025. It is owned and operated by Full Stop Limited, a company based in the Isle of Man.
ACE.com checks your identity before redemptions. Bank transfers go through a Sumsub verification step, and in September 2026 account verification asked for a photo ID and a selfie. In September 2026, players had to be 21 or older.
ACE.com excludes several states. The states section of this page shows where it accepts players, and our sweepstakes casinos by state page covers each state.
Our own evidence is the redemption: a cash prize by bank transfer that reached our bank account in about 36 hours.

ACE.com vs McLuck. Both gave 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC with no purchase in our tests, and both set a 75 SC cash and 10 SC gift card minimum. McLuck scored 4.6 to ACE.com’s 4.4 and has more games (1,000+ against 700+). ACE.com’s email reply came in about 2 hours, against nearly 24 hours at McLuck. Read our McLuck review.
ACE.com vs Jackpota. Both gave 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC with no purchase in our tests, share the same prize minimums and keep live chat for players who have made a purchase. ACE.com scored 4.4 to Jackpota’s 4.2, and its email reply took about 2 hours against 3 days at Jackpota. Read our Jackpota review.

Final verdict: who ACE.com Casino suits
ACE.com will suit players who:
- want a 10 SC gift card minimum and a 1x playthrough;
- play slots and want a large library with volatility and theme filters;
- want several ways to reach support, including email and phone.
ACE.com will not suit players who:
- want table games or live dealer games;
- want a native iOS or Android app;
- want a VIP or loyalty program.
Our recommendation: ACE.com is a good choice for slot players who want a 10 SC gift card minimum and responsive support, as long as a slots-only library and no app don’t matter to you.
