Use Pennsylvania’s register for the claim it supports
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s February 2026 interactive gaming register identifies certificateholders and authorized websites. It is a dated snapshot, not a guarantee that every detail remains unchanged indefinitely.
For a current licensing check, start from the Gaming Control Board’s official website and locate its latest register. Match the precise domain and entity. A recognizable logo, a similar company name or a link to a different licensed product does not establish authorization for the site in front of you.
Sweepstakes promotional rules are not interchangeable with Pennsylvania interactive gaming authorization. Our current publication policy does not provide sweepstakes casino recommendations on this state page.
If you already hold a promotional account
Read the operator’s Pennsylvania eligibility rules and any restriction notice. An account remaining accessible does not necessarily mean new participation or prize redemption remains available. Check those functions individually.
Save purchased entertainment balances, promotional balances and pending requests as separate records. Ask support which rules apply to each, and retain the terms in force when you participated. A displayed number is not automatically a cash entitlement.
If the operator announces a deadline, record precisely what it governs. A deadline for new play and one for submitting an eligible request may differ. Do not make a further purchase to try to unlock a disputed balance or use another location to evade a restriction.
Know where a complaint belongs
Establish the product’s identity and claimed authorization before choosing a complaint route. The existence of a state gaming regulator does not mean every internet account is within the same regulated dispute process.
Keep transaction references, the relevant terms and all support correspondence together. Use independently verified contact details, particularly if someone asks for payment outside the account to release a supposed prize. This guide helps readers check licensing claims and preserve evidence; it does not guarantee a remedy for an unlicensed or disputed product.
